My main reason for getting this was to make two different flavors of wings or that type of situation. The baskets are small but again, if I would have given more thought into the fact that it was 8 quarts I would have realized that the baskets would be small. As far as cooking, it’s great. I’m glad I got it as a “deal of the day” and not full price.
