Product is ok, but Best Buy's system must have been hacked or compromised. They would only let me access my account if I changed my password. I've only had the account 2 weeks. It also tells me a password like XsT16#54%1 isn't strong enough. Yes it is, the problem is on their end

Love it, easu to use, clean, noise less...............

I had a single basket circular basket air fryer previously and upgraded recently. I love it the design of this rectangular basket for cleaning and easier to place food than the circular one. So far so good, being able to cook 2 different items at different temps and times are a great for saving time.

I previously used a 4.2 Quart Bella Pro single baskets for two years. Worked flawlessly and still works. I just upgraded to the this one and loved the touch control after initial acclimatization period. The basket seems a bit thinner than the previous but no compromise on functionality.

Love this air fryer and would highly recommend this.

This Air Fryer works great and prepares food very well. You have to get used to various foods and the time required to cook them but once you have that pattern, its super! Let the time expire and give it a shake as required and its done.

I really like the dual controls to use each side seperately. I wish there was a large basket accessary to buy in case I wanted to cook one larger item, like a whole chicken or fish, etc.

Very bulky. So unless you have a lot of countertop room or plan to put it away in a cabinet with a lot of room, I would refrain from getting. Well put together. If it wasn’t so bulky I would of have it a better chance

Works great, I’ve used this unit just about every day! Wish I could figure out cooking times. Some items have information but a lot don’t. If you do find time and temps make sure you follow, easy to over cook.

Nice! Easy to use. Very convenient. I like the shake basket feature. Cleaning the baskets are simple. You’ll have to do a little trial and error with cook times to get them right. I’ve baked biscuits and cooked a bunch of other foods.

Initially, I thought comments were misleading, but this air fryer heats more on the left side than on the right. That adds more cooking time. Baskets are also a bit small. Still, I would recommend it.

Good air fryer. I like the separate compartments. The only bad thing is that the buttons don’t work well. You have to press them several times to get them to work.

I also own the Ninja dual air fryer and after using both i gotta day there is no difference except the price. I payed 50 bucks for this and 200 for the ninja air fryer. Both are great but the ninja was way overpriced.

The only negative thing I can say about this air fryer is the digital touch control could be more responsive. If you can find this on sale, it's a great purchase!

I love it so far. It hasn’t replaced my single air fryer but I has given me another option. My only complaint was the smaller drawers but I also wouldn’t want a bigger appliance, so it works out. I would suggest to friends/family. I

The left rack is not very smooth and sometimes gets stuck. You need to push a little harder to fix it properly. The touch screen is not very smooth.

A gift for my daughter. She loves it. Her old air fryer broke and she really likes this brand. The size is right and air frying is convenient, fast and healthier than frying with a lot of cooking oil. She is a very satisfied customer.

I love the 2 baskets on this. I'm able to cook at 2 different settings at the same time. I like how it tells me when to shake the food. It is nice having this size only problem is storing it cause of the size.

Air fryer works well but buttons become harder to push after a while hopefully it lasts but it is convenient to cook multiple items at a time
