    had to wait for it to be delivered twice cause it was broken. finally got it and it had finger prints all over the wire looked used. and the wire was on top so if i would have used a blade to open the box the wire would had been cut.

    We cleaned before we use. We used vinegar and lemon juice. We tried to cook 5 different meals Each of them smelled plastic and it was horrible. Bella instead of lowering their price , invest in quality check in their products. Best Buy was great taking the return , we went with Ninja and it is excellent.
