Every time we use it, it has a horrible smell of cable or metal and it doesn’t go away. The smell sticks to the food. We have washed it over and over again. We have cooked bacon that has a strong smell and it still stinks the same way. One side heats more than the other when both at the same temperature. The worse air fryer I have ever purchased.

Ran 6 separate times for a total of more than 2 hours and couldn't get the smell of burning chemicals out of it so I decided to return

This is my second Bella pro Series digital air fryer. To say that I am sold on this brand, I guess would be an understatement. This unit offers the user the ability to cook one or two different foods that require the same or different temperatures and the same or different cooking times. The dual basket is just what is says. It is a divided 8 quart basket. The Bella allows you to set the time and temperature for each half of the basket individually. The Bella can be set to stagger start times for each side to automatically finish both baskets at the same time. These features offer a lot more versatility to your air fryer and makes it easier to cook for multiple people or to prepare two separate foods together. If you want an air fryer that can cook a lot of food at one time, the Bella dual basket air fryer is an excellent choice.

do not buy, broke about 15-20 days after purchase. i used it 4 or 5 times before it started smoking and then wouldnt turn on again

If it wasn't for the smell, I would really like it, used it many times, but still smells , i would return it ,but i threw the box away. I wish i got ninja .

I purchased this since I loved my last air fryer. This one has a burnt plastic smell when you use it and will make your food taste the same. I unfortunately hadn’t used it until after the 30 day return window

Emits the most awful smell when cooking. We've tried everything we can think of to get rid of it. Soaking the pans in various cleaning agents, dishwasher, burning it off with the broil function. It's HORRIBLE! Puts the chemical smell into the food and makes anything you try to make in it INEDIBLE.

The air fryer itself worked great. However, the buttons for the timer were hard to press so we returned.

The digital controls are difficult to use because you have to press very hard . Other than that it works fine.

Only lasted a little over a year and no longer works.

Works fine when it recognizes the key pad touch. However it doesnt recognize the key pad touch very often.

I like the size of the air fryer, only issue is touch pad is very hard

Have been using this the last week and it works great. The two basket feature is very convenient. You can cook on two different levels, synch the two cooking times, it's perfect for quick turn around for just about anything you need to cook or even reheat. Need a bigger portion of one item use both baskets at the same time. Clean up is a snap. Touchscreen controls are a snap to use and everything is clearly labeled. The internal plate at the bottom of each basket feels a little delicate to handle but not concerning enough to take away a star. Food came out perfect and did have any kind of after-taste like some units have once you have cooked things. Great product to have.

I don’t know why mine has plastic smell still and that is also stays with the food you cook so bad I am using it for 4 months very frequently

The Bella Pro air fryer is my go to choice for air fryers. It's black and white style fits well with my kitchen decorum fits well with my mostly stainless steel kitchen look. I had the chance to prepare many dishes for my family and was very pleased with its awesome cooking results. I ran the gamut and prepared a wide variety of dishes. I especially loved the dual fryer baskets which allowed for the simultaneous cooking of differing food choices. Also, the dual baskets allowed for my food choices not to touch each other whereby allowing for food tastes and spices not to bleed into each other. I also loved the fact that the prepared foods were non greasy and lacked the taste oily taste. The cooked food taste weren't compromised and results were fantastic! Cooking temperatures range from 90 to 450 degrees which gives me a choice of cooking temperatures. Clean up was pretty easy as the drips trays and baskets are dishwasher safe. The fryer has a large digital cooking display and its easy to wipe clean. Overall I was quite pleased with the very versatile Bella Pro Series air fryer. Cooking was easy, less oil was needed or totally un-needed (depending upon what I was cooking) and desired results were good. The overall build quality seems to be good and I hope to enjoy years of trouble free use. It is a nice appliance and is a welcomed in my home.

Does a decent job on most items, took long than I though. Use mostly to heat frozen precooked items

It has a very bad chemical smell that won’t go away. I’ve washed it over and over again. I tried cooking potatoes, but the potatoes took on the chemical smell and were not edible. I’m hoping to return it.

Works great but the paint peeled off the inside of the basket so I can’t use it anymore

I bought it because it has two separate air fryer space but it was the worst decision I ever made. The smell of the burnt food is so bad on your food that we ended up with plan B on our dinner plan. Waste of money even for the sale price u paid for it.

I was excited for this air fryer to come in and cut my dinner time short but it smells TERRIBLE!! It makes my food smell and taste like chemicals
