It heats up quickly, the Dishwasher-safe detachable plate are very easy to clean, and the drip pan fits snugly across the entire front.

The meats and chicken i have cooked on it come out well done and juicy. Its also great for cooking veggies. Only thing i don't like is top plate doesn't click when i put it back on. It only clicks and holds from one side. Still works but when its on i have to make sure to open it carefully incase plate comes off.

But would have been great if they added a switch for on / off. Cause if you need to off the grill you got it pull the plug off the power circuit.
