Product serves its purpose and is priced right but the clips that keep the metal grilling surfaces on aren’t the best. The top one falls off sometimes unless I really find a way to manipulate the clips to keep it secure.

I bought it when my toaster got broken and I will never return to the toaster again. It is easy to use, it heating quick, and you can warm/grill different products. The only thing is that a top griddle unlocks when grill not in use, - it is not affecting while cooking, but still issue exist.

I have to tell you I was a little skeptical but when I got at home easy set up and when I was done the food the flavor unbelievable and the easiest Clean Up no mess just fantastic

Only "grilled" some chicken breasts on it thus far. Very fast. For the $$ paid, it's fine. I would pay more for a temp selector and/or a doneness indicator or food type timer. Will update if anything drastically changes good or bad

I bought this electric indoor grill last May and I felt in love with it, it cooks evenly and heats up super fast. I made hamburgers and steak, it fits 6 hamburger patties. Be careful when using it indoors around children since it does get extremely hot. It's well made.

Excellent! I threw away my former George Forman due to horrible smell of teflon material coming off and I believe into my food. This one has easily removable trays and the teflon stays put! Thank you Bella.

Does a good job for paninis. Haven't tried other foods yet. Grills get really hot which is nice. The only downside is the ENTIRE unit is hot. The exterior is literally untouchable (except for the handle which is warm).

I love my burger grill. Excellent for sandwiches & to heat up anything like pizza. Easy to clean & the right size not to big or small easy to store away

There is no adjustable temperature gauge on this, but if you monitor what you’re making you’ll be fine. It gets pretty hot but still takes 10 minutes or less to make a grilled cheese with chicken strips and stuff. Overall very good appliance.

Dosnt have any buttons, and you can't change the temp. Just plug it in when you want to use it, unplug when done. It's easy to clean because the plates snap off. The instruction book is useful. I guess if I didn't have a real grill, I might find it more useful, but I feel like it's a waste of counter space. So far I only made grilled cheese on it and it came out pretty good. Deal of the day.. Buy it, otherwise skip.. I'm sure there are better options out there
