Quality Healthy Cooking Option

I’m only preparing food for my self so this a quick and convenient option. It cooks all my food at a fraction of the time that it take grill outdoors. I’m very happy with purchase and I got as a DOD. Already down about 6 pounds in almost 3 weeks. Very healthy cooking option.
