It’s okay!

The clips often come off on their own when they get to hot but you can easily push it back in, but it will fight you sometimes. Not sure if I received a defective item or not but it’s tolerable.

Real easy to use

It's just like a George Foreman grill. Quick and easy. Easy clean-up. I gave it a 3 because 1 of my plates slips from the grip from time to time, so I have to keep snapping it in place. But overall it cooks my food evenly and fast. I got a killer deal on the 1 day sale!

Simple, robust and great value

The construction is robust and the back hinge can be lifted to accommodate thicker foods. There is no temperature control (there is a red/green light indicator) but, for these type of appliances, the simpler is usually the better.
