It's not terrible for the price but the clips that hold the grill plates are flimsy and bend

Great product, works great and cooks perfectly. The only downside I found is you can really only cook 2 burger patties at a time and not 6.

I own a lot of Bella products and I am always pleased. I started this king these are cheap enough to be disposable if need be. I've never had to throw out a Bella product!! This cooks pretty fast too. Frozen burgers (Bubba turkey and beef) cook perfectly. Grilled cheese needs to be stood over while cooking(thin cook plates). I wish cook plates were thicker but come off easily for fast clean up! Drip tray can be knocked away if not careful but handle does keep it protected to a point. Very happy, again!

Haven't used it but it came in time so theres nothing to complain about just yet stay tuned...

Very pleased how quickly it grills hamburgers! Have used it four or five times since purchase. The two non stick plates are a breeze to clean. We really like the drip pan. It's great how much fatty grease we see run out of the hamburger meat, so we feel we're heating healthier with this device also. Haven't tried it yet on chicken or fish, but very impressed with it so far. Didn't find the cord length to be a problem, as others have mentioned it is. Great price from Deal of the Day purchase.

I live by myself and purchased this grill for the size. It allows me to grill vegetables and my protein at the same time.
