Detachable plates for easy clean up

The pro series is just an amazing line up of tools. This is one of the only griddles that have removable plates for cleanup so if you have a small sink that’s unforgiving get this. Yes it’s dishwasher safe so you can also just skip the sink. No problem with heat up or cooking. I’ve never burned anything in this. The drip tray clicks in steady and holds a lot more then the competitors.
