Good price item for the money

Overall, for the cost of the item, we have already gotten our money's worth and still using this small contact grill.

Arrived Defective

When it arrived the box was in perfect condition but the back leg was shattered. One of the plates wasn't completely seeded on and when I tried to put it on and wouldn't fit. I retuned it. I am a loyal Bella consumer. Love their air fryer and actually consider it superior to Phillips. This grill was a let down.

Bad description

I cooked the frozen good didn’t take that long. I bought the small one a while back it can cook two patties at one time. I might as well return this one since it only does 3

Although it states up to six burgers it only fits 3 regular size patties. Does not grill evenly. Unfortunately I wasn’t content with this item.

Used it once and the clip holding on the hot plate doesn’t work any longer. The right side of the top just droops down. I’m upset now because my wife didn’t realize it when she put it away. I went to use it and discovered it and we’re 3 days past returning it. Maybe we can exchange it, I hope so...

Not really a grill

First thing I "grilled" were four large hamburger patties (barely fit on it). This is nothing more than a frying pan that lets the fat drain into the drip pan. The patties looked and tasted like I cooked on the stove top. The chicken breasts outer skin came close to burning and I had to finish cooking in a pan on the stove. Don't expect "grill" results. Returning it.

Grill does not heat up

Even with the sale price it would not be worth. It looks used and looks very cheap. The grill surface was loose, after 5 minutes plugged in it was only warm, not enough heat to cook meat. Bad design. I returned it.
