The power figures shown on Best Buy's website were wrong...not as many watts. Overall just a glorified George Foreman Grill

Worst packing ever and cant lock the top plate

This does not have it, so you have to make sure u stand next to it so that it does not become flat.

Poorly Ship

Was shipping in the box for in store sales. This resulted in the box being crushed and cracked one of the legs. Did not realize it was broken until the leg came off while cooking.

Cheap Grill

Its no better than a cheap George Foreman, but at least the plate are removable. I used it once and probably won't use it again. Mostly likely heading to the Goodwill.
