Small, easy to use, and good quality coffee! It's not a quiet machine but it's practical.

Been using this product for a while now and I can say it's good. Doesn't take much space and it's user friendly. You can program it to put out more coffee if it's needed. The only down side that I couldn't give a 5 star rating is the noise, it's too loud and not good to use when people are still sleeping in. Other than that it's good.

An adaptable, simple to use Nespresso/Espresso mac

I haven't owned an espresso or Nespresso machine before this one, but for the money, I feel like it's hard to beat. Plus it's the only one I've seen that not only does original line Nespresso pods, but also comes with the adapter to use your own grounds. It's simple, easy to use, and adaptable. Sure, it makes some noise like another reviewer mentioned, but that's what machines that brew under pressure do. The pump in this is brewing the coffee at approx 290psi...think about that. It's amazing to me that it's not louder given the amount of pressure these appliances create. For me, this is an easy 5/5 star machine. Would recommend to anyone dipping their toes into Nespresso/Espresso.

For the price I paid I can’t complain too much. I had the same issue as others with priming the water pump. I tried removing and replacing the reservoir many times like some has said but what finally worked for me was to fill the reservoir, push the brew button, and after the first pump noise quickly raise and lower the reservoir. I think this action finally forced water into the pump and I have not had an issue since. It does make a solid cup of espresso from the pods. I haven’t tried the loose espresso function. I did purchase the warranty just in case. If you can get it cheap I think it’s worth it. Four stars because of the water pump issue.

This makes the best shot of espresso I've ever had. The price is amazing. The only complaint I have... there were no instructions whatsoever, and I couldn't find any documentation online. I figured everything out with use. Just give it a few seconds to heat up after you turn it on.

This machine creates a very decent espresso, and for the price that I bought it at, the quality:price ratio is off the charts especially considering this also doubles as a nespresso machine. To everyone reading the reviews: getting it started was definitely a pain in the butt. For whatever reason, it seemed like it wasn't drawing water from the tank. This seems to be where the vast majority of 1-star reviews are getting stuck at where they'll press the button, hear the pump noise, and no water/espresso comes out. On the plus side, their customer service line did answer my call even if they couldn't solve the problem themselves. But I did find the solution: slightly lift up the water tank and push it back down onto the base several times to get the water to feed into the machine. *Then* run the machine as it says in the instructions. Repeat this a few times. When running it for the first time, this machine does take a little bit to get running which is a little annoying. But afterwards it runs perfectly. I actually look forward to my coffee each morning now.

Made this espresso purchase for my parents. They wanted a simple replacement for their older machine. In terms of simplicity, this machine nails it on the head. I love that it allows you to use ground coffee as well as the Nespresso capsules. I did purchase this while on sale which sweeten the pot a lot more but regular price seems like a viable option considering how expensive these machines can get.

bought as a gift for someone and they really like it. Great product for the cost. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is it is very difficult initially to get it to work. Luckily I had read previous reviews and once we removed and replaced the water tank a few times and hit the double espresso button 10-15 times it did finally clear the air and the liquid was able to flow. The fact that you can use prepackaged pods or use your own ground espresso in the pod provided is especially good.

I love this thing! The other reviews crack me up because everyone complains it doesn’t come with the refillable gold pod, which is actually just an example of a blank nespresso pod. I use every morning and have completely stopped my coffee shop trips. I prefer to use ground espresso (the way intended if you read the instruction manual )

Love this and it’s ease of use. The only issues that I have with it are that when I open the compartment to empty and wash the used espresso grounds out when I return it back and try to push the lever it’s very cold and difficult to close. So now I just rotate between the 2 that I have.

Makes delicious espresso and super quick brew for people who have busy mornings, before my purchase I had been using an old-school stove top espresso maker and it was annoying to have to stay to watch it brew. Now I can just add coffee and let it do it’s thing.

Ive used it for both capsule espresso and hand tampered espresso pulls and both turned out delicious! It does get a little loud, and pulls suspiciously fast, but overall its a solid espresso maker option!

Picked it up for $39.99 on a BB deal of the day. You will not find a cheaper nespresso maker out there. 2 boxes of nespresso pods and it works as advertised.

It makes good espresso but it was nearly impossible to get it to start working. I finally got it to work by pushing the button to brew and then moving the water tank on and off the base quickly to keep a constant supply of water going into the reservoir. For $60 it's a good bargain but they should really include a troubleshooting guide in their instructions.

I was super excited about getting this espresso machine, disregarding the negative reviews due to most not reading directions and not being educated. But please beware that the reviews are 100% accurate. It will take at least a half a day and a hot tub full of water to finally get this machine to prime and even run water. Once you think you have it mastered you go to push the lever down on the capsule full of coffee grounds and the lever takes a lot of muscle. In the act of trying to get the lever down the machine turns over and spills the water out of the container leaving you with a mess to pick up. Once the mess is picked up and you try again and finally get the lever down you think for sure you have it conquered… But unfortunately, you go back to make espresso a couple days later and your faced with the same problem with the lever not wanting to go down without issues yet once AGAIN! I more than likely will just donate this machine to Goodwill.
