For the price paid this is a solid machine with no bells and whistles at all. Now the original price was way too much but for 60 bucks it’s just fine. The trick to making it work out of the box is to actually read and then follow the instructions. The only thing I don’t like is if it is disconnected from power you have to reset the serving levels again. Not a big deal but a waste of time.

I have purchased several of these machines. They make great gifts and on special all the time. Worth the price for sure. I had Return on investment (R.O.I) After the furst week on money i would have given to SB. I started with using pods for it and was pleased with the product in the cup. At one point i was between pod deliveries and was forced to use the ground coffee cartridge, well didn't think it could get any better than using the pods, i was wrong. Using grounds fresh or canned has been the true shining star. I stopped using the $40 a box pods. We have a different brand of machine at work. It needs constant maintenance and cleaning. This unit doesnt have this issue. I travel with my machine I have even checked this unit in my luggage. Cons i have had trouble with a couple of units priming out of the box Espresso temperature could be hotter. Normally the second cup hotter.

Very disappointing. After following the instructions and repeating the initial process many times, it never pumped water. I should have listened to the advice of other reviewers. After about a dozen unsuccessful tries, I unplugged it and then when I plugged it back in to the outlet, the pump immediately came on, it did not pump water and the power button would not turn the machine off.

Makes a mess when using the Nespresso pod adapter, since the pod sit upside down in it. I’ll use it until it stops working but definitely wouldn’t recommend

I’ve had this little espresso maker for over two years and use it every day. I love it.

I've had it for over a year and it still works well. Like other users, I had trouble getting it to start but that's simply because I needed to get the water into the system to prime it and that took a couple tries. I have used Nespresso pods and ground coffee both with good result.

It is a nice machine for the price. The coffee comes out warm but not hot enough, I heat up the cup in my microwave for 12 seconds to become acceptable. I hope Bella listens to this complaint.

I spent nearly 2 hours troubleshooting the machine and it did not dispense water. I should've listened to all the 1 star reviews as so many other users complained of the machine not dispensing water. Best Buy's return window policy is atrocious. I was 3 days past the 15 days return window and the only solution they provided was to contact Bella's customer support.

Didn’t work right out from the box! I returned it and Best Buy customer service was great!

Great for 6 months but died a spastic suicidal death one day and mutilated a pod on the way ouy.

I love this coffee maker. I had originally wanted to get a Nespresso but did not like that you could only use pods. This machine allows you to use ground coffee and pods.

This is an amazing product for Spresson lovers. You can buy Italian, French, and Colombian roast coffee and put it in the tray for a perfect creamy espresso.

So far it works well. My only problems are these, but these are minor issues. 1. My large mug won’t fit. 2. It seems there is no indication on when to refill water. 3. There is no fool-proof to prevent me from brewing without closing the capsule door/handle. It ruins my coffee occasionally. This should be a very simple design

Love this! We bought as a gift. will buy a second we love that you can use espresso pods as well as ground espresso as well! super chic and doesnt take up too much space :)

I bought 2 of this machine. Both were defective. The water pump didn't work. I read the reviews after purchasing and many buyers indicate the same problem. I don't understand how Best Buy continues to sell a defective product. They lost money because they sent it to my house and now I am returning them using UPS.

they send you a used item that someone else tried to work and it didn't. the item will arrive used, wear mark and best of all, IT DOES NOT WORK!!!! now have fun going back to the store and standing in the line trying to return this junk Also non of the priming trick works. it sounds pump twice and stops

This “generic“ the espresso machine does the job. Although it does not have a capsule dispenser, it is a minor inconvenience, given the very reasonable price.
