Makes nice coffee even from inferior pre grounds. (Filtered water of course)

This “generic“ the espresso machine does the job. Although it does not have a capsule dispenser, it is a minor inconvenience, given the very reasonable price.

Love the way it way it does coffee. The price is right,and good quality,will recommend to my friends.

This machine didn’t even work, it wouldn’t pump the water, we watched videos and read instructions and still didn’t work. Finally my husband tried to look at at i got frustrated and just finally tossed it in the trash, waste of money and not worth it.

One of the few items that has been well worth the cost. Its a bit loud but so are most espresso machines.

I like the product. Price was very good. It arrived on time and without any defects. I recommend!

I love my new Bella Pro Series Espresso Machine! I was going back and forth between different Nespresso or Nespresso-pod compatible machines that were pricier and am glad that I was able to get this one on sale. I have currently only used the Nespresso pods feature so far but am excited to try using ground coffee as well in the future. The machine is a little loud but hasn’t been significantly bothersome for me personally.

Product is compact and takes nespresso capsules including the Starbucks we love. Comes with two different trays for different size pods and the price can’t be beat!

Love this it was a learning curve at first but now it’s good to go. Beware of Best Buy they will ripe you off given the chance.

Best option for Espresso and Capsule lovers, I used for 6 months and both the Espresso and the Capsule side worked perfectly however, shortly after that the capsule side started to malfunction until it quit working.

Looks beautiful, Matte white color. Installation was confusing as the instructions are very bare minimum. There’s NO product videos found ANYWHERE online. First red flag. Additionally, when you turn it on, it sounds like an air compressor. It is SO noisy, that may wake you up even before the caffeine does. Installation was a hassle- could not run a water only cycle because the stopper in the water reservoir would not automatically work- I have to physically lift the plastic stopper In the water for the “bubbles” to show. Next, I ran 4 cycles of water and my whole counter was vibrating . This thing is LOUD. It takes the nespresso pods (the taller ones not the circle) and ground espresso beans, but I did not try because I figured I was going to return. I’m pretty sure this unit was used or dirty because the water cycles I “eventually” ran resulted in milky water with white floaters. I had high hopes for this machine, but given its not even on the Bella Pro product website, it may be a dud. Disappointed. Just save your time and buy a smaller espresso machine or splurge on the Nespresso.

Love that you can use pods or regular cuban coffee! Use it every day no issues.

I cannot get this to draw in water. Shaking it, changing angles to get water into the lines, replacing/reinstalling the water resivor over and over, pressurizing the water resivor to push water in, NOTHING will work to put water into the machine to prime it. There is nothing on Google on how to fix, and the instructions do not help.

Wonderful product! Easy to use! Makes drinking my protein coffee easier !
