No on/off switch

Which is impossible in our kitchen without moving the microwave. Very poor design, every appliance needs an off switch.

Made great coffee, broke after 7 months

This is the one part of the maker that will get a lot of use and have to hold up to wear and tear, being pressed twice, every time someone makes coffee and it's made of the cheapest plastic in the world. It's set up for failure and Best Buy won't help even though it's under a 2 year warranty, The only way is for me to drive to a store that is very far away. I buy things online because I can't get to their store. Their warranty service is a joke, buy a different coffee pot, from a different store,

Not happy

I called customer service as indicated on the instruction manual and was told they are unable to order parts and the unit would have to be returned to Best Buy. So why bother telling purchasers call customer service????

The bigger problem is that the heater plate doesn’t shut off despite the manuals claims that it shuts off in 2 hours. Happened twice and that’s enough. Problem is we stored it wor awhile before using and now am past the return date.

It only lasted 4 months and wont brew. It has a 2 year manufacturers warranty that sounds great. You have to pay shipping and insurance to send it back to be looked at. I will just put that expense towardva differnt brand.

Not worth it
