    Membership makes me wanna purchase more!…. I LOVE that I get access to so many deals and offers that wouldn’t be available to me without the membership!!….Great to have a peace of mind! Even my son’s PS5 is included and I purchased it in February did not get the membership til September! Wow!!

    The Best Buy membership has been an excellent value and has made my shopping experience noticeably smoother.     Sales person was amazing and very help full but service getting appliances installed was terrible had to reline stove to be level with countertop and microwave and dishwasher were canceled 4 times after i already took time off of work we finally installed them are self not happy at all .

    I bought the memebership shortly before Tax Free Weekend in MA (2025). The computer tower that I bought has gone on sale since then. I was reimbursed $50 via the Price Match Guarantee so the membership has paid for itself. I received two $25 gift certificates a few weeks after the purchase based upon the purchase price ($25 for every $250 spent). Unfortunately, the gift certificates expire after one month. I don't really need anything from Best Buy, but I'm forced to make a purchase or they go to waste. The membership is probably worth it if you make frequent purchases. If you only shop there a few times a year the membership is probably not for you.

    Best Buy price matched the dryer. The customer service online was terrible. The delivery guys dumped the dryer off and didn’t connect it Dumped it in the middle of my hallway blocking my bedroom and bathroom. They said I’d have to get a private contractor even though that was part of buying the membership. So not a good experience.

    I’ve had the My Best Buy Plus yearly membership for a while now, and it’s been really worth it for me. The free 2-day shipping with no minimum purchase is a huge time-saver-I get my orders fast without having to worry about extra shipping fees. I also like the exclusive member prices and deals on tons of products; I’ve saved a good bit on tech and accessories that way. Another big plus is the extended 60-day return window on most items, which gives me extra peace of mind if I change my mind or something doesn’t work out. Plus, having early access to sales and special events makes it easier to grab popular items before they sell out. For $49.99 a year, it feels like a solid value if you shop at Best Buy regularly. Just keep in mind the 2-day shipping isn’t available everywhere, but it’s worked well for me. Overall, I’d recommend it if you want faster shipping, better deals, and more flexible returns.

    I joined because this replaced the old Best Buy Rewards program, which I had been a member of since its beginning. Unfortunately some marketing "genius" up the corporate ladder decided to discontinue the primary merchandise I had been purchasing from Best Buy for decades. I have been an avid collector of physical media (CD, DVD, BD, 4K, etc) since the formats first launched and Best Buy has always been my dependable primary source. But now they have short-dightedly chosen to discontinue selling physical media. Recent trends are showing a rising backlash by audiophile and videophile against digital downloads and streaming services upon discovering that providers are arbitrarily deleting content due to data storage limitations. Even deleting legitimately licensed and purchased downloads without compensation or recourse to the buyer. This is accompanied by rising embrace of physical formats which can't be deleted by faceless 3rd parties. Now is the time for retailers to get ahead of the curve and start aggressively promoting the advantages and availability of physical media over streaming and downloading. Pending a change in Best Buy's new policy on physical media, I have no further use for My Best Buy and will likely not renew my membership.

    I’m really glad I signed up for the My Best Buy Plus membership. I actually learned about it from a Best Buy employee who took the time to explain the program and all of its benefits to me. I really appreciated that, because it made me realize how much value it could bring, and I signed up right away. Since then, I’ve already noticed how much easier shopping has become. The member prices and discounts save me money, and the free shipping and more flexible return options make the whole process much more convenient. The included Geek Squad support is also a huge bonus, because it gives me peace of mind whenever I buy new electronics. I think this membership is especially worth it for anyone who shops at Best Buy a few times a year or more. It’s already paid for itself in my case, and I feel like I get extra value every time I shop. Between the helpful staff recommendation and the ongoing perks, I’m very happy with the membership overall.

    Very pleased with this! We live in a rural area approx 2 hr drive from any Best Buy Store. Our TV was starting to go & we were in Erie mid Oct & decided to shop for one. We were going to decide what we wanted & wait til Black Friday to order so we could save a few$'s. Salesman told us about paying $50 for this membership & we could get price matched if items went on sale during the next 60 days! Both the TV & soundbar dropped in price & we actually did get the difference in price applied to our account! No gimmicks - no hard time trying to do this. IMPRESSIVE!!! Paid for itself + $300!

    Membership saves time and is useful. Often a short time after a new purchase, I discover a question I forgot to ask or some additional item I need. It saves time because they have a record of the prior purchases and can match me with the needed item.

    I Bought fryer a month ago and I used the $50 certificate and I returned the same day like after 9 minutes, the customer service told me the $50 certificate will return to my account in 15 days and that cheated with the customer service said on 25th will return to the account but didn’t. Called back the customer service and asked me why you returned it and told her was not the right fryer my wife wanted and told her you should asked me the reason after that she said you can’t get $50 certificate because it’s one time use. Why she didn’t say that the first time only when I asked her you should asked me the reason for returning the fryer. They two customer service did not tell me that?

    I had horrible experience ordering half of my appliances from loews to the point even the installers said why didn't you go to loews. My experience with best buy/this purchase was so amazing it was to good to be true. From the moment I walked into the store the manager met with me and guaranteed they would rectify any and all prior dealings as far as appliances. With my anxiety and just going through the issue it took me a month of looking at the card she gave me. From taking that deep breath and walking in that same manager remembered and made EVERY point of all things regarding appliances so seamless. They even corrected and verified the prior loews mishaps.

    I took this membership mainly for the member pricing and free shipping, and it has already paid off. The discounts are genuine and I have saved on a few big purchases like laptop and TV.
