    I’ve been a Best Buy Total member for a while now, and it’s definitely worth it. The tech support and protection plans give me peace of mind, and I’ve saved a lot through member discounts and free shipping. I especially like the quick help I get through Geek Squad—super convenient when I need troubleshooting. Overall, the membership makes sense if you shop or upgrade electronics often

    Total Plus membership was recommended by the Geek Squad service team member Pedro here at the Leesburg, VA site. I had 4 devices that needed to be checked. Pedro recommended Total Plus membership and fixed all of my devices within 24 hours. Bonus, he saved me a TON of money. Thank you Pedro for being kind, respectful, and my personal tech handyman.

    The My Best Buy Total membership has been absolutely worth it for me. I have two tablets and a laptop under my plan, and paying about $180 a year gives me real peace of mind. When I broke my laptop, Geek Squad repaired it with no extra cost, saving me money and stress. I love knowing my devices are protected, and the customer support has always been fast and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this membership to anyone who wants reliable coverage and hassle-free repairs.

    This membership is the pinnacle. I rest assured that if anything is ever dynamically uncontrolled with my computer, I can take it in to the Geek Squad and they are fast to fix the issues in the most professional manner. They are very knowledgable and explain what the issues are so that I understand. And with all of the value you have with this card, my total buying experience at Best Buy is superb!

    I can’t say enough about the experience of dealing with Best Buy staff. From walking in the door to bringing home different items. Plus my recent refrigerator. Wide range of options. My next purchase will be a vacuum cleaner. I was out of the country. And my credit card experience was awesome. thank you

    I recently purchased the Total Membership and I could not be happier! Doesn’t matter if I walk into the store or I call the geek squad by phone; they are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I recently made a phone call for assistance on my laptop that was recently repaired and the associate not only fixed my laptop and showed me how to find my documents, but she also assisted me with getting my copier to work correctly. I thought I needed a new copier/scanner/printer, but I had not installed it correctly. That’s all it was!!! I think Best Buy has some great people working for them and I’m glad that I purchased my Total Membership. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can get help when needed!!

    The Geek Squad did an excellent job of arriving on time and being efficient and effective! Also, the sales person who took my order in the store was very customer-oriented. Yesterday I made another purchase - a new ipad. The sales person who helped me was very good and the Geek Squad again was great.

    This is a first for me, I've never needed help with one of my devices but I finally reached the push point. After speaking with one of the service technicians I made the decision to purchase the service plan on a yearly basis. All my questions were answered and everything I thought was important plus many other items the techs suggested made this purchase well worth my time and money. The guys in Logan were super helpful and listened to my issues and solved my problems.

    Worth every penny. I broke my laptop, and the protection plan allowed to tobfully replace it with a brand new one. As far a device protection and service benefits go, this is a great service. My only negative is that the premium deals aren't very good (10$-20$ off expensive product). I barely notice a different in price compared to non "total-plus member" deals.

    the Geek squad members are very friendly and know more about computer's than I do. but their fix was trial and error. the price. Sold me a new Wifi. but that was not the fix. I like the membership, but the service fee did not seem fair or just. I was fine with the crew, however not the policy they must follow.

    This membership is very helpful if you buy or own electronics. The price protection and tech support alone make it worth it. It adds a lot of peace of mind because you get extra coverage, easier repairs, and good customer service when something goes wrong with a device.     My membership is so worth every penny I don’t have to worry about any problems on my computer. Geek squad tunes it up updates my Java. Adobe, & all my stuff & when I think I am being scam they check out the messages & threats to freeze my computer & fix it everything is included in the memberships.

    I hear others complain about getting servicing or help with PC issues & I tell them to get a My Best Buy Total membership. It has been a life saver for me to have their knowledge/skills available anytime I need them. I have used their Geek Squad services many times. I am a very satisfied customer.

    I have rural internet and this HP computer works very well with Cookson Hills internet. The camera features are very easy to use. I use it in my bedroom in a small closet. My daughter set it up for me as I am 80 years old and do not undertstand all its abilities. She says its far more than I will ever use. However, I do like its easy. She made short cuts for my easy to use. So far I really like just for my own personal. I am learning to do projects I have not done before. I like to review some work on line. So far nothing I dislike. Sales person Matt in Tulsa OK on 44th was the most helpful of people I talked with. Kudos.

    The staff was very helpful when i could not make up my mind on which camera i wanted, thankful she was there because i have a hard time figuring out what i want and i was leaving for Japan really soon. the camera i got was perfect and works really good..im already planning on another trip! the canon R8 is a awesome starter/ intermediate camera works really good in low light for night time street photography !

    Havent had the opportunity to use it yet. Slightly bothered because one staff member told the plan covers all my product repairs for as long as I have the membership, then the next staff member tols me that its only a 20% discount on repairs. I hope it covers ot all because if not I'm cancelling my membership

    Conquer the hackers, Geek Squad Heavy Hitters

    I am no match for hackers....i have limited knowledge in this technical field, and i have lost $100,000 to these parasites. My 1st mistake is not signing up with BestBuys Geek Squad. These Reps are Heavy Hitters, they sanitized my laptop and my phone, plus i recieved very important tips on how to avoid being hacked again. Trust Best Buy, invest in the Geek Squad today, i should have when i bought my laptop.
