I can’t say enough great things about my Best Buy Membership! From day one, it’s been a total game changer for how I shop for tech, appliances, and even everyday electronics. The savings alone make it worthwhile.

I am very happy that I paid for the Best Buy Total to have me new laptop set up by the Geek Squad. They copied everything I needed from my old laptop to the new one, making the transition very easy for me. When I needed help trying to load another program a few days after bringing it home, I easily made an appointment and got the help I needed. While it has been helpful so far, it cost much more than I was expecting because it is for a whole year. I do not anticipate needing help with the laptop again, as it is new. I would have liked an option to just pay to have the computer setup done without being obligated to purchase the whole "package".

I have had this membership for several years and it has saved me considerably. Financial and physical (headaches). I was disappointed when they left St.Joseph but I have had no trouble contacting by phone for tech support. Shipping free is a perk but the Geek Squad is outstanding.Can't imagine how much I've saved in time and money by being able to call or text for free support. Thank you for easy to understand technicians!

It’s a real deal. If you shop at Best Buy then I think that this is a must have, if you had the membership when you purchased an item and then that items price goes down you can price match it which means you get some money back. You can also return for a longer period after you buy and item. I think that if you shop at Best Buy once in a while or a lot it is a must have and will save you a lot of money. Overall it is a great thing to have.

I need to give an excellent star rating for a recent experience. I had an Epson 15000 All-In-One that malfunctioned. The one-year warranty expired around five months ago. To my surprise, I had a two-year warranty with my Geek Squad Protection Plan. I was given two choices: take a store credit and look for a replacement, or exchange for the same machine. I chose the latter. I am very satisfied with this service.

Could not be happier with signing up for the Best Buy Total Membership. Wish I'd done it sooner - already my bp is down :) I do not have to try to figure things out on my own. The store is close by, I can make an appointment on-line, the help is 100% amazing. I have already made my money back with all the things they've 'fixed' for me. One happy customer!!

Absolutely love the membership. It catches all your purchases. You get points notifications on product sales a protection plan and discounts. How can you not pass up this plan it is so worth it! My Best Buy membership has been the best investment I've made in product warranty. This past year it has saved me almost double the cost of my membership. Best Buy's Geek Squad has helped me with many computer questions both in store and over the phone. I can't say enough good about this service. If you don't have it, get it.

I love having my membership it helps when you don’t have to have money upfront to take care of something usually covered by the policies of membership
Anytime I’ve had a problem and had to use geek squad. It’s costing me nothing to have them look at it my laptop I have a plastic shield for my phone. It has a lifetime guarantee, and whenever I’ve gone in there to get a new one, it’s never been a problem.

I’ve been really happy with my My Best Buy Total™ membership. The tech support team is always available and super helpful whenever I have questions or need setup assistance. I recently had a problem with my membership expiring because my 92 year old mother passed away. I just didn’t remember to renew due to my emotional status. Once I recognized the expiration I quickly renewed my membership and asked to resume my membership privileges. I have always been a member along with a good customer. I have purchased every piece of electronic from Best Buy and is happy to continue our relationship in this very sad time for my family.

So glad my husband talked my into investing in this! We were able to backup old computer memory and clear out about 8 computers from the house. The protection plan part of the purchase has been an unexpected surprise that helped us when some
technology glitched. This is our third year using this plan- it has been worth the investment for us.

I’m really not talking about my membership, but about Best Buy’s customer service.
I walked into my house to find my husband on the phone with hackers taking over my computer. I had him end the session (!), and immediately contacted my banks, and headed to Best Buy. I was near tears, and emotional. The young lady that created me at the door was wonderful. She took care of helping me to secure my pc that I had brought, scrubbed my iPads, and helped me to purchase a new All-in-one to replace my old outdated pc. Her care and concern was so terrific!!! So thankful to her (Julea), and Best Buy!

The staff at Best Buy Geek Squadu outstanding and very, very helpful; however, the AI answering system is not effective for customers and not understood by the staff, too, so Best Buy should integrate better by training staff. Many customers were inconvenienced due to the AI answering system - WE PREFER REAL PEOPLE as more efficient and positive for customer service.

So glad I had it after having back to back computer issues. They were apparently quick fixes. I am having some problems again, as a MDiv student I am on my laptop all the time, so I am not surprised. It however does feel like some of the staff are not as capable as others, so my hope is that their team will do some skills training, or pass around projects based on skill ability.

After buying a laptop, getting this was a no brainer. The value is through the roof for the apple care alone (compared to purchasing Apple Care outright). I've had this in the past and it has saved me hundreds of dollars, and I've actually used the care protection for other purchases and Best Buy makes it super easy to ensure your gear stays in working order!
