This option was brought to my attention by one of the best buy employees when I went in to get a quote for a remote start installation price, since I was also doing my back up camera threw them they informed me of this total tech option which turned out to be a lot cheaper then paying for separate installs. Now I am also cover for any other installs on my car and get discounts on home installs as well if I need any in the future. Great option that I totally recommend if you spending 200 or more on car or home installations.

Best Buy’s Total Tech Support is a life saver! Their commitment to help me 24/7 does not waiver. They answer all of my questions, nothing is too big or too small. Problems with a virus, technical questions, and fire wall, They resolve it all. Without Total Tech Support, I would be completely lost. They really know how to save me in my time of tech distress, for a very small cost.

Have used tech support several times, especially when first purchased. Each time I was treated courteously and not made to feel like an idiot while at the same time every issue was resolved. It would be foolish to purchase any computer or other electronic device and not have this package.

I have had this service for several years and every single time I need help either something that I can just call for or when my device needs to be "hospitalized" so to speak these guys do the job quickly and then explain it all to me. I would never drop my membership at this point.

I really enjoy this service and can't imagine my not keeping it. The satisfaction from all the technicians are pleasant, helpful, and are very thorough with the work leaving me feeling very relaxed as I know they will take care of any support I need.

With my computer being 5+ years old, I was a bit shocked at the price for repair. Found out it included fixing the problems, cleaning it and checking the entire system out and advising if any further problems were found. I had another issue during the 1yr subscription, I brought it in and was repaired at "No Charge"!

With this membership you get all kinds of perks we didn't know about until after we started making additional purchases which required delivery. We also purchased maintenance plans at a savings. Total tech membership is the greatest!

Unless you are a real techno-oriented person, how could you possibly keep up with all that is on the market? I am more inclined to purchase later technology knowing I have Total Tech Support to guide me through the process(es).

I had trouble getting a hold of someone to help several times. One time I did get through, but the man was very rude and not at all sympathetic to an old person that did not understand computers very well, He got frustrated and hung up on me. I never did get my problem solved

This plan I purchased for the Geek Squad device support was a misrepresentation. I was told that they could come out to my home and setup my computers that I purchased, however now I am told that it would be an additional charge of $49.00. I would not have purchased this plan if I would have known.

Has helped a lot with both my wife and my laptops whenever we have had any issues. Issues are solved in an efficient and timely manner.

Overall my experience is very positive. It's just nice having an area where you can watch what the tech is doing his job for you or not. The nice clean work area is a plus for me.
