    I find it very difficult to get a problem solved by phone. Almost every time I have had to bring the computer into the store to get the problem taken care of.

    We bought a replacement Ipad for my wife. You charged us $150.00 to transfer the info on the old ipad to the new ipad. You then convinced her to spend an additional 50 to have your services for a year.

    I thought when I purchased this all the installs were $50 or the services were free. Not the case. So basically I just paid $250 for a $100 install.

However, advanced and custom installations and services should receive a 20% discount with your membership, but may come at additional cost.     I was told the tech support for $19.99 was going to be taken out for 6 months (only) promised it was only to be taken out 6 months. When I noticed it was taken out for 9 months they told me there was nothing they could do but cancel any more payments and no refund. VERY UNHAPPY......

While monthly Total Tech Support memberships could be canceled by request, they were one year terms by default.     Would NOT recommend this product!! Never called me when they were done fixing my computer. As soon as I remembered I called and they didn't know where it was so NEVER received my son's computer!!!
