Not really a factor...

I did have a technical question about my TV and did call the number. Got a professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy-to-understand representative who helped answer my question.

Don't buy this service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ridiculous. No one answers the phone to help. They have you wait on hold and then transfer you endlessly. I'm getting my money back!
