I was transferring my data from an old computer to a new one. They were fast and efficient and took the time with me to answer my questions. I went with the membership to have the peace of mind for the first year of using my new computer. It's there if I need it.

This is a mess if you buy anything from Best Buy it is best to have the geek squad on your side. Nowadays technology is super hard so if you get the Best Buy total membership, the geek squad is on your side. It’s so easy to get in touch with the geek squad. This is a mess if you buy anything trust me.

The membership is okay, If shop a lot the. Definitely a must. I did need to use for the refrigerator and someone was sent out quickly and it was fixed within a two days.. the guy needed a part.. and theres discounts just for members

The geek squad was great but there was a huge problem getting through to the store. All I could get through to was someone in South Africa and then it took some time to get a person from the store in Citrus Heights in contact regarding a related problem. Please put in my vote for being to get in touch with the store in person and not with AI or some other person outside the store.

Very quick to verify the issue and schedule an appointment. Geek Squad is very active and understanding, plus the membership covers multiple costs for PC inspections. The membership is very much worth it making it cheap in the long run other than paying multiple times for inspections.

Best Buy use to have an insurance plan through geek squad, that was based on a percentage of the price, but with the Total membership, you pay for a full year of coverage on all products; also comes with various deals on products that are on sale, only to members. Apple items get the most love, because you get AppleCare on any devices you purchase. Instead of waiting to go through apple themselves, you simply bring it to best buy and they do the rest. Best way to say that Total is worth it, it’s the “Bestbuy” when it comes to shopping at bestbuy.

I purchased the prime service contract for the Geek Squad to repair both my iPhone and Laptop both in the same week. They spent time with me explaining in detail what the issues were and what to expect in future performance based on my usage history. I was very pleased with service and will certainly return again. I have rural internet and this HP computer works very well with Cookson Hills internet. The camera features are very easy to use. I use it in my bedroom in a small closet. My daughter set it up for me as I am 80 years old and do not undertstand all its abilities. She says its far more than I will ever use. However, I do like its easy. She made short cuts for my easy to use. So far I really like just for my own personal. I am learning to do projects I have not done before. I like to review some work on line. So far nothing I dislike. Sales person Matt in Tulsa OK on 44th was the most helpful of people I talked with. Kudos.

When the membership was offered to me, it made sense to upgrade to the plus because I got the warranty for cheaper than what I would’ve had to pay for it. With all the perks it’s actually a really nice thing to have and it gives you an extended time of taking things back so you have a little bit of time to try it out more.

This is the one way I know my problems with the computer will be solved. I usually have them check things online so I don't have to bring it in which is really helpful to me. Have used this for several years and I highly recommend it.

The Geek Squad support was beyond fantastic. This was the first time I used the talents of the Geek Squad. I had a computer virus that caused me serious problems. They were able to fix everything online. Moving forward, I will always have this membership.

This membership is amazing. It is an additional price, but once you have it, it's so helpful and reassuring to know that you have systems to back you up if your device malfunctions or you just want some guidance. So far, I've utilized my membership advantages once when my laptop display was messed up, and it went so smoothly. I plan to use it again if I ever need to! It is great to be able to bring my computers is for service and not have to pay. I took my older iMac in along with a new one that I had purchased. They transferred my information to the new one and then they cleared all data from my older one. I left them there for a day and they were finished.

The membership is amazing You get discounts on a lot of things that a lot of people don't even know about you can go into Best buy and get out faster and if you call them they'll stay on the phone with your hour until you understand or get the problem fixed

Accidentally purchased total tech care , I actually went in to purchase a 16 inch MacBook prop which I accidentally purchased for shipping online . So when I called best buy customer service instead of canceling my order and the transaction taking 3 to 5 days to repost to my account they changed my order to pick up I went to the store and they didn't have it stock and available which at that point I called customer service back to see what my options were all of which included canceling so to my hesitation I did so only to come to the realization my cancellation turned into turned into a total tech purchase thank you for reading my rant

I buy enough from Best Buy that I've had this protection for many years running. It seems I'm constantly on the phone taking advantage of Geek Squad remote sessions and love the fact that even if damage occurs because of my own fault, I'm still covered
