The gentleman that sold this pkg to me was amazing! Very informative and easily explained stuff to me. Best Buy or Microsoft however should be offering this service for free after spending the type of money I spent for the product. A 2 or 3 yr warranty would be nothing for either of these companies.

I didn't know this service existed. Took my laptop in for the Geek Squad to figure out why I had no sound. The service person explained the benefits of having the Service Membership, and it seemed a perfect fit for my needs. By the way. The person at the service desk was wonderful. I get it every year and it has saved me a lot of money. One suggestion is to take your product into the store for the Geek Squad since the people in India on the Geek Squad do not speak good English and there is a big problem with communication

Best Buy have great customer service/support. I recently purchased a laptop with the help of a knowledgeable sales person. Any device I have issues with I just take it in and they explain what is wrong, fix it and if anything needs replaced they call and tell me and I say yeah or nay. I love it. The staff is always so nice, they never make me feel like I am clueless which I am when it comes to all the new technology!
