I was weary buying this chair site unseen but I have been pleasantly surprised in the quality and comfort this chair offers. The massage and heat functions are very nice. I love the rocking feature as well. The lumbar support is surprisingly good and I would recommend this chair to others.

Material isn't long-lasting, it's not high quality material. For 400 dollars the value of the chair is not worth it. Feels like it could break at any time. I'm 5'1 and my feet still hang off the footrest.

Nice Chair/Bad Remote

I should have reported the issue right away but it started working. Now I've missed the return window. The chair os comfortable so guess I'll just recline in it.

I was kind of worried about not getting it on his birthday but instead we received it on a Saturday before we left home was glad about but the must of all I love that when I go on line the chair keep going down and call to get price match and they are good with helping me .

However, on the right side, the velcro is horrible. Whoever designed this chair shouldve zipped *both* sides of the arms, not just one! It wouldve been a lot less frustrating!
