New scans for tired old blurays...

But they dropped the special features with Tony Scott from the old Cop II dvd. Also I prefer the grainier old transfer of Cop I. Why they didn't release these new 4K transfers directly to Paramount 4KUHD individual releases is a real mystery. You can stream the 4K, but cannot buy them yet. Hmmm....
