We have purchased 4 of the BioBidet toilet seats: 3 elongated and 1 round.. The elongated ones are great as they fit both the Kohler (Cimarron) and American Standard (Champion 4) toilets perfectly. However, the round ones don't fit the American Standard Champion 4 toilet very well, as you can't mount the seat back far enough without pushing up against the tank. As a result, the seat hangs over the front of the bowl by about 1". That's OK for the ladies, but it creates a problem for the males when they are sitting. So the recommendation for the round version of this toilet seat is YMMV--it may work OK on some toilets but not on others (see the picture for the American Standard round toilet, with the seat mounted as far back as possible). But the elongated version is great, and at these sale prices these seats are great. Everyone who tries them loves them. It's a good quality mechanism that does a great job of cleaning.

Wow! Just wow. This bidet leaves me feeling clean and fresh and I love it! The journey: choosing which bidet. I chose the BioBidet Slim Three because it features: 1) a heated seat and heated water, 2) a blue night light, 3) massage capability 4) a dryer, 5) a sitz bath function, 6) a remote and 7) programming for two users all in addition to its wash functions. Added to that, it was a BB Deal of the Day with free home delivery. I snagged the deal. While waiting for delivery, I had my electrician install a GFCI outlet beside the toilet on the right side facing about a foot above the floor. Once the seat arrived my husband and I installed it in about 30 minutes following provided instructions. As others have noted, fitting this seat to a round commode is a bit of a hit or miss. It fits well enough to work but it extends an inch or two beyond the bowl. Then came—the christening. It gives a minute of washing and three of drying. It gets the job done. I would have preferred two and two. Also, I wish the remote had backlighting for night time use. Regardless, enjoy time spent on the porcelain throne and the fresh feeling of clean. Say good-bye to TP.

Was great when we purchased it, totally save on the use of paper products, especially nice when they're unavailable from the hording :p. controls & remote are excellent, the biggest problem was an oval or round bowl, we thought ours was oval, not so. Adjustable warm water & air is to each persons pleasure. so far in the almost 6 months it's been installed, its worked flawlessly.

Sometimes you run across a product that you realize you should have gotten a long time ago but had never given it a thought. This is one of them! After my daughter mentioned that she was given a bidet (one of the discount ones, very basic) and how much she loved it, not to mention how much toilet paper the household does not use I figured I'd give it a try. Let me start by saying this is not one of those basic bidets. One key note, you must have an outlet accessible for this bidet. You'll understand why in a bit. Starting with the installation, it is pretty straight forward. If you can put on a toilet seat you should be able to get this added. There is a T connector to connect the water supply to the bidet which took all of five minutes to install. The mounting plate replaces where the regular toilet seat attaches. The bidet slides onto the plate. Connect up the waterline and then plug it in. Once installed it will do its self check and will be ready to go. I had used a bidet many years ago but nothing like this. Some notable features; the bowl is lighted so going to the bathroom at night no longer requires turning on lights to guide you. The seat is warmed and you can chose how warm! As for the operation of the seat it is quite simple, from the remote, yes there is a remote control, you can start the bidet. The nozzle will extend out and start. Once stated, you can adjust the nozzle from the remote to hit the right spot. Once complete with the wash function you can air dry (think of it as a blow dryer) and again you can adjust the air temp from cool to very warm. For the record, it does a really good job of drying. I was skeptical at first but was proven wrong. Other notable functions include a massage function, cleaning functions and the ability to program for two different users. Overall, I am extremely happy with this and will probably be putting one in other bathrooms. Above all, TP usage is down dramatically!!!

I've wanted a bidet for years, finally went for it in late 2020. This bidet is simple to use and gets you clean. The documentation for how the user1 user2 controls works could be a lot better. The heated seat is great and the night light is also a nice touch. You'll still use TP, just a lot less. See the review by tallguy for an important note about the round version, which is what I have. The toilet in my house is from the early 1990s, so when we remodel I'm going to search for a more compatible toilet.

Ask someone that owns a bidet if they would ever live without one, the answer is always "NO". I decided to up my game with this unit, and made the right decision. Easy set up and works as described! Got it on sale so was a tremendous value for the price. Some people don't like the remote, I did because I have little boys that make messes, having it on the cabinet side way from the toilet keeps the controls out of their firing range. They use a metal valve instead of plastic ones like some of their competitors, and offer a better warranty!

They are addictive. Once you buy one you will buy more. I purchased some as gifts and everyone greatly appreciated the Bio Bidet. It is kinda new to the US and is catching on for a good reason, toilet paper. Not difficult to install and no issues. Very sturdy construction. Shipping did not cause any damage. Different spray styles and warm water.

I used the non-electric Bio Bidet in the past. Comparing to this one: way better. - Install: easy enough. Parts are made of high quality, more reliable than the non-electric one (same brand.) No leak at all. - Remote is well designed, can use without reading manual for basic features. - Manual: Not very good. Does not include instruction how to set profile. Probably can find one in google. **Pros: all basic features work great. Won't go back to the no-bidet life after this, lol. Especially the warm seat. Also, for the price, excellent price point. ***Cons: Manual can be improved. Night light is only either on/off, no light sensor. Drying fan is weak, doesn't really help.

Excellent product. Lots of features for comfort and cleanliness. Installation was easy, except that the instructions had one drawing that could easily be misinterpreted (can you guess that I misinterpreted it?) and resulted in an unnecessary trip to the hardware store. Similarly, the instructions for use are incomplete... some features are not well-documented, and some not at all! But it's easy enough to figure out with a few tries. But once in place, it is great.

In response to the great toilet paper shortage of 2020, the wife and I purchased this toilet seat. In short, it works, and it works well! Cold water in the winter time had always been a concern for me when using a bidet, but this seat is able to heat up the water very well to a comfortable temperature (of your choosing). Toilet light and heated seats are very nice touches as well. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Purchased Bio Bidet Slim 3 heated toilet seat with Bidet 11/29/2020 . First time owner of Bidet. Just able to get installed 01/20/2021. Con: Need written instructions enclosed with product on how to install and use. Con: CSR states date of purchase is date 1 Year Warranty starts. Con: Adjustment of Nozzle and dryer temp were frustrating & not explained how to do. Con: Even after Adjustments Water Pressure is much too strong for sensitive feminine wash and bottom. Con: Crucial to adjust water temp to prevent burns in delicate mucous membrane areas. Con: Water squirted from bathroom onto wall outside restroom (across room) Con: Blue Night light finally found how to turn it off after 5 days nights but it not stay off or it won't come back on when I need it on at night. I searched Bio Bidet website FAQs, other questions/answers and called Customer service but still can't get correct answer to toggle on /off when I need it to. Concerned light will blow out fast running all the time. Con: Issue how to adjust temp to warm for dryer. Hate cold water or air reason I got this. This item is not on Bio Bidet website, CSR said it made exclusively for Best Buy. CSR stated model Ultimate 770 is similar so I read all of its info & watched videos but still can't turn night light off and then on when needed. Others posted they have same issue, Con: Warranty should be 3 to 5 years for cost of Bidet seat. I had to order and it took 11 days to be delivered which cut into my warranty. CSR states date of purchase is date 1 Year Warranty starts. Then I was not able to get installed and do not have any Electrical outlet in very small tub /toilet bathroom. I a using 2 (16 Gauge 13 AMPS) extension cords to plug into GFCI Outlet in Bedroom next to sink vanity due to Licensed Electricians in area booked up. Con: Hate not able to clean toilet seat with disinfectant to kill bacteria, etc. Con: Can only use Hot Water & soft cloth or Steam diffuser to clean. Con: ABS Plastic Toilet Seat will crack, stain & degrade if you use any cleaning products including Natural cleaning products. Overall good product but need more work by company to make 5 Stars!!

An excellent device with many options. Almost too many options that it can be a little confusing at first. The fitment size is a little finicky and you may have trouble getting it to fit on your typical round toilet. I actually had to replace my toilet as well but it was worth it! Does a great job cleaning and even my 5-year-old loves it. He was a little nervous the first couple times but quickly adapted. Once you've tried a bidet you'll wonder why it took you so long to get one. A terrific investment for your health and hygiene.

Great product! If you have never tries a bidet, you don't know what you're missing. This product warms the seat and sprays warm water, then uses warm air to dry. Highly recommend!

Fit seems a bit wonky, but overall pretty easy to install and use. Lots of bells and whistles on this one.

Super easy to install. Pretty user friendly. Wish there was a way to disable the beeping sound when you press buttons on the remote. Water always starts out cold for the first second or two then warms up to your temp. I wish the warm water lated longer for the price but its still a good unit. Regardless of its short comings its still fantastic and I could never go back to not using a bidet.

This thing is awesome! If you haven't purchased one then what are you doing with your life?

Good value for the money. Instructions are not totally clear on everything for novices, but after using it for about a week, my wife and I are quite happy with it. The night light is a nice feature, and we have dramatically reduced our usage of toilet paper. We are definitely bidet converts.

My wife loves it and I like the seat warmer. Night light is a cool bonus.

Easy install and the bidet works very well. I highly recommend it.
