Don’t listen to reviews from bored “game journalist” that hate their job. If you like exploration, customization and and fun combat then I highly recommend Biomutant. I’m sucked into this vibrant world and thinking about it at while at work. Can’t wait to get home play again.

This game was more than worth the wait. It sucks you in from the moment you create your cute little Critter. Highly recommend giving this a play

Amazing game! 100 hours in and still having fun. Like Borderlands, there are a lot of cool different weapons. However, in Bio you can build your weapons (guns or hand held) with individual parts. IE a gun has parts: pistol grip, stock, sights, barrel, magazines. Each one of these parts add to Damage, Rang, Fire rate, element power!!!! So fun to level up and add to your “Luck” to get better loot!

In Biomutant you’ll fight your way through an apocalyptic version of an Earth-like planet. You’ll blend sword, mech and gunplay to fight through this open world, forming alliances and saving the Tree of Life. To do so you’ll unite the tribes, craft armour and enhance your skills, while looting your way through forgotten apartments and highways. You’ll face off against a good variety of enemies, from the small every-day griblies to the larger-than-life world eaters. You’ll learn new “wung-fu” moves along your travels, blending sword and gun attacks with martial-arts-like fluid combat. Visuals – Outstanding: I’ve been playing here on Xbox One and biomutant is looking absolutely stellar. On top of some great visuals both in and out of cut scenes, there’s also a nice photo mode with some simple settings which can help you get some great shots. Audio – Outstanding: The narrator really helps to bring out the humorous side of Biomutant, and in addition to this there are some great sound cues and effects. In addition, the soundtrack itself has also been really well executed and I’ve not found any audio to mark down here. Narrative – Outstanding: Biomutant has a great little story, which weaves its way through your gameplay in a few ways. It’s nice to have the option to vary up the dialogue slightly using your own choices and it’s clear that a lot of thought has been put into the narrative to keep it engaging and entertaining. This game is definitely worth getting & one of the titles I highly recommend any collector picking up for their collection, the kung-fu style action is amazing!

The customization, graphics and combat are excellent but the game is a little buggy.

The game is very beautiful visually. The colors are vibrant and the scenery in each are is excellently done. The concept of mutated humanoid animals taking the place of human in a post-apocalyptic world got me interested in this game years ago when it was first announced in 2019. The combat could have been better and the story was pretty lame. Also fetch quests are ok in small doses but most of the quest given are fetch quests so that definitely takes away from this game. I feel it is an average game with great visuals, but it could have easily been a great game if the combat was more rewarding and the quests made to be a little less dull. Bestbuy delivered quick and with no issues. Ordered many things from them lately and I haven't had a promblem yet.

Great game for modifications. MODs and weapons for years. The voice gets alil annoying the more u play. I put setting on normal and the enemies dont even look at me, jus stand around.. Im only 1 day in the game..

The world is pretty to wander around and get lost in. I enjoyed the exploration and the discovery of things tucked away. The story was so so and the narrator would at times wear on me. Overall though really good game.

The tutorial lasts way too long, but its a pretty fun game once it opens up. Weird animal creatures for characters but combatg can be challenging and fun.

Love the open world aspect and the combat is fun. Amazed that a small developer of about 20 people or so was able to make this.

tis is a great gae to kill some time with story wise its not but is terms of game play there is tons to do with side mission and collectable and the rpg elements are great for come crazy builds i would also say wait for a sale but if u need some thing to play right now this will still be worth the purchase

Almost epic... The gameplay is solid and mechanics are good but it just feels like it is missing something. The graphics are top notch on XB1X. I am thoroughly enjoying the game so far with 5 hours in at this point. If you can get it for less than full price, it is well worth a play.

This open world RPG is so unique in terms of combat mechanics and building your character. Biomutant is very fun game, the graphics looks great on 60fps.

A awesome game from the get-go. The storyline main quest will challenge you to solve puzzles while leveling up your character. Numerous side quest will keep you engaged throughout the game which sometimes tie into the main story. The world is open with so many areas to explore while taking down enemies. Leveling allows you to set attributes to help your characters style as to which path you chose to take. Gather goods throughout your travels and battles to craft gear and weapons to take on the world ahead because the mobs level with you so it test you and the build you gave your character. Highly recommend this game to all that like the open world to free roam and take down enemies.

So many people rated this poorly online. Maybe the hype and long drawn out release, people expected a godsend of a game. I think when people expect something so over the top and get it and it’s not they take it out on reviews because of it. I was disappointed but I still had fun. This is why I don’t pay attention to the media hype because they beef up their products so much just for a quick sale. I’d recommend the game to people when it’s cheaper. This game is worth less then what it was. Not because it’s bad. Some games come out at $39.99 or $29.99. Like little nightmares 2. Devs know the worth and when they try selling a game for top AAA prices when it’s an AA game this happens.

It was ok. Nothing spectacular but nothing was awful either. It's a beautiful world to get lost in but not enough enemy types to keep it interesting over a long period of time.

Fun game with great action! The narration is a bit overwhelming but the developers have been responsive and limited The narration.

Good game very linear open world game. Very cool concept though. Gameplay can get repetitive at times but innovative and promising. DLC could change that though. Let’s hope
