We needed a fan for our master bedroom. Since our ceiling fan dries my wife's eyes at night, I thought a floor fan would help. It does. It is thin so it does not take too much room. We set it in front of our sliding glass door and it draws the cool air in. It has a remote that makes it convenient when we are already in bed and forget to turn in on. It also has a timer but we have not used yet. It was priced right too. 3 setting speeds, oscillating and a few other features.

Bought this fan after reading some reviews online, and after it was on sale. the fan is very quiet, nice looking, has 3 speeds, and swivels 180 degrees. Has a remote control (batteries not included). good for a small sized room (10 X10)

Got this on sale during the summer heat wave. Amazing find and it even comes with a remote. Perfect for a bedroom of 10x13ft.

No pun intended, but the air emitted by this fan is cool and refreshing. As long as it's at the 1 Speed, it's very quiet and it has multiple different modes that may fit the situation that you need. Has a 45 degree oscillating rotation. Although it is a bit pricey, it does meet your expectations. One important note: you have to install the base stands yourself.

This fan does a great job of keeping air flowing and keeping me cool. The oscillating is. Ice as well as the remote. Took about 2 mi utes to put together.

Make my room cooler. Good to buy for the prize. I would recommend it.

Assembly is very easy but you have to have magnetic screw driver. If you don't have one then it will be a fun job because the screws keep falling in the holes. Fan noise is acceptable. I can feel the chill of fan from 15 feet away

Nice to have remote, was looking to replace another fan that is a little loud. This is much quieter but not as stronger as my other fan

I bought this as a temporary fan for the bedroom until my wife settles on the perfect ceiling fan for our new house. It moves air decently in our medium-large bedroom but creates a little more noise than I'd prefer while sleeping. It may end up in our media room (warmest room in the house with the electronics all buzzing) IF the noise doesn't interfere with the sound system

Fan works well cooling small office. Does not disrupt paper work or make much noise. I would reccommend as adjunct to central air..

Needed to release a fan that was knocked over one too many times. This one is smaller. Loved the thinner design and ordered a second for a friend. Have to say, the daily specials are greatly appreciated and typically mean I'm buying two.

This fan exceeded expectations for the price. It has very nice variable speed and oscillating features. The remote works nicely.

The fan itself is good...basic all black plastic housing. Blows well and swivels back and forth, comes with remote... the reason for the 4 stars is it's a little louder than I would like. It's not horribly loud, just the hum of the fan is noticeable.

This fan is exactly what you need for your college dorm room. It oscillates nicely and it is pretty quiet. The breeze setting is a little weird but everything is great if you don't use the breeze setting.

It's a little noisy and a little small but over all I was able to revcover my nice fan from my son's room last summer!! It does the job for the price!

This fan works so well. I have used this in a few rooms where I do not have ceiling fans and does well to circulate air in the space. Nice variable settings and the remote comes in handy as well.
