I love this carpet cleaner - it is by far the best that I have ever used! I swear by it because it gets out every stain. Even if the stain has set in a little, I just pour a small amount directly on the stain and let it sit for 30 min. and then use my shampooer over it. This is the only carpet shampoo that I buy anymore. It is surprisingly hard to find at other stores but Best Buy almost always has it in stock.
