A little heavy but it's a handy 3 in 1 machine that does sweeping(rolling), vacuuming and steaming. Cleaning is easy and it cuts the cleaning into 1 step as opposed to vacuuming and steaming in 2 separate steps.

Since getting this product, my hardwood floors have been shiny! Works really well with the additional samples of cleaner included. Definitely worth it!

I like that we are able to clean the floors fast and machine is light and no smears on floors

This product has legitimately made my life better. I have two large dogs in my home and this cleans up dirt and hair so well. The long dog hair as well as my own has never (ever) caused issues with clogging. I have always been a mopper and a swiffer user but holy smokes this is a game changer. Way less effort for way cleaner clean. The steam mode makes all the difference. One pass on dirty floors cleans em right up. I love it so much and I would recommend it to anyone who has mostly hard flooring in their home. Please buy this if you are even considering it.

Works great! I love the steam mode. And its easy to use, cleans itself which is great because my other one i had before wouldnt and it stunk all the time.

Bought one for my mom for Christmas and then one for me. The floor feels clean. Only suggestion is to buy multiple rollers. Easy to maneuver. I do wish it didn’t leave streaks but I think having multiple rollers for a large area will work better

You can tell that this device was carefully designed by engineers. It works very well and it cleans itself when you are done. With that said you still need to empty the dirty water container which is a pain, but also shows you how much dirt you picked up!

Overall great product requires a little fine tunning but great since it can be used in all surfaces including carpet, vinal, wood, and tile. Would recommend make sure you are on right setting when operating vacuumed as it may cause damage if use steam setting on vinal.

I upgraded from the basic Crosswave to the Hydrosteam. I love having the two tanks, one for clean, one for recaptured water. Having the insert for separating solid from liquid results is great. Keeps a lot of dog hair out of my plumbing system. The hydrosteam is great for the occasional sticky spots. The machine requires manual cleaning after each use however, once done emptying the tanks, it has a cleaning cycle that cleans the interior of the machine. Very well designed and very efficient.

I am impressed with how well it cleans, and love that it has a self-cleaning cycle as well. I was skeptical about how it would do with sticky/dried on messes, but it really worked.

This cleaning machine has what it takes for the DEEP CLEAN. With minimal water usage, it really picks up the ground in dirt. It is perfect for LVT and wood floors.

Great cleaner! Love the fresh clean scent. The only concern is the when moving from floor to floor.

Does the job of vacuuming and mopping. Cleans well. Produces steam. Quickly dries. Cons: Small container. Steam doesn’t help with stuck on messes. No extension hose or nozzle to use on other surfaces. Plastic construction.

I bought thia and was really excited about it. Lasted a good year (i have 3 cats and 4 kids) our floors get dirty. Well the trigger stopped releasesing the water so i ysed my Geek squad Protection to exchange it for a new one, but now 8 days after the exchange the new one is doing the same thing…and bissell is just dissapointing me. If anyone has some tips or ideas whT im doing erong id love to hear it.

It's a good product but for the price I wouldn't say it's great. I love the steam feature and I feel like my floor gets sanitized but I do wish it could scrub the floor as opposed to just wetting and wiping it.

This appliance is everything I didn't know I was missing. It is so incredibly easy to use and to switch between functions. Even cleaning it is a breeze. The level of clean this provides is also fantastic. My tile floors are left sparkling and my area rug gets a much deeper clean than just my vacuum can provide. If you have a combo of area rugs and tile/hard floors, this is for you!

I really like this product, It really does cleans my vinyl flooring dirt and marks. I have used a swiffer wet after and the swiffer wet cloth remained white. Which is why i really like this wet dry vac. It does not really scrub/scrap up dried food (blueberry in my case). It really was not a problem for me to manually get that out myself.
