This cleaning machine has what it takes for the DEEP CLEAN. With minimal water usage, it really picks up the ground in dirt. It is perfect for LVT and wood floors.

This appliance is everything I didn't know I was missing. It is so incredibly easy to use and to switch between functions. Even cleaning it is a breeze. The level of clean this provides is also fantastic. My tile floors are left sparkling and my area rug gets a much deeper clean than just my vacuum can provide. If you have a combo of area rugs and tile/hard floors, this is for you!

Overall great product requires a little fine tunning but great since it can be used in all surfaces including carpet, vinal, wood, and tile. Would recommend make sure you are on right setting when operating vacuumed as it may cause damage if use steam setting on vinal.

I bought thia and was really excited about it. Lasted a good year (i have 3 cats and 4 kids) our floors get dirty. Well the trigger stopped releasesing the water so i ysed my Geek squad Protection to exchange it for a new one, but now 8 days after the exchange the new one is doing the same thing…and bissell is just dissapointing me. If anyone has some tips or ideas whT im doing erong id love to hear it.

I really like this product, It really does cleans my vinyl flooring dirt and marks. I have used a swiffer wet after and the swiffer wet cloth remained white. Which is why i really like this wet dry vac. It does not really scrub/scrap up dried food (blueberry in my case). It really was not a problem for me to manually get that out myself.

Great cleaner! Love the fresh clean scent. The only concern is the when moving from floor to floor.

Does good between tile floor and regular carpet. Better results on carpet observed so far, but it does decently good and consistent on tile. The sheen on tile takes a little getting used to but it’s incentive to not walk on it until the wash is completely dried.

It works great and it feels well built and does great a both carpet and hard floors would recommend it

I would totally recommend this product. I have cleaned 2 of my area rugs and the rest of my house which is hard floor and I have tried all possible solutions for floor cleaning and this is the best. I thought of hiring a cleaning company just to get the job done

Gone through multiple items when trying to clean our floors and this has been the best solution! We have a ecovac robot vacuum for daily pick up, but after a month or so the floors start to feel a bit dirty. There are a lot of products out there, but this has been the only one that has effectively cleaned our floors well without smearing or spread the dirt all around our floors.

We actually purchased this item by accident and returned it a few days later, but I must say it is packaged very well and we used it on the hard floor in the basement (about 900 square-foot) while we had it and it worked excellent. Quite and cleaned the floor amazingly well. We only returned it because we were wanting the carpet shampooer and bought this unit by accident and couldn’t afford to keep both.

Does a fantastic job, my wife was tired of using Swiffers for our hard wood and tile floors. Way faster, and it vaccimed and picks up hair and dist at the same time!

Enjoy using the Crosswave, I think that it may be a bit over priced. Other then that I love it.
