Gone through multiple items when trying to clean our floors and this has been the best solution! We have a ecovac robot vacuum for daily pick up, but after a month or so the floors start to feel a bit dirty. There are a lot of products out there, but this has been the only one that has effectively cleaned our floors well without smearing or spread the dirt all around our floors.

We actually purchased this item by accident and returned it a few days later, but I must say it is packaged very well and we used it on the hard floor in the basement (about 900 square-foot) while we had it and it worked excellent. Quite and cleaned the floor amazingly well. We only returned it because we were wanting the carpet shampooer and bought this unit by accident and couldn’t afford to keep both.

Love this vacuum. It works well on hard floors and area rugs.

We have very hard Quarts Carpet floors throughout our house. This machine, with the addition of steam, is the best (only?) way to clean them! The fact that it is not rechargeable (plug in) makes it even better for us because you can clean large areas without stopping to recharge.

Love the Bissell Cross Wave. It’s excellent for cleaning tile floors. It’s so easy to use even my husband uses it. It self cleans and stores easily.

Recently got a Golden Retriever in my apartment and if it weren’t for this vacuum, my apartment would be filthy. After sweeping and mopping, this vacuum still collects dirt, hair, and all other particles. The steaming feature is by far the best feature. Definitely worth the price.

The cleaning snd use is multiple, over all good. I would recommend small room areas.

So heavy and bulky. Suction isn't that great. I feel like it pushes the dirt with the fan instead of sucking anything up. The only brush that works halfway decent is the pet brush. It is impossible to steam the floors without streaks because the brush gets soaked so easily. Just an all around waste of money.

Lets start with the only con for this product. You guessed it, its corded!
