    I use my BISSELL steam machine a lot, it's awesome and gets the job done. I did have an issue where it was clogged, I immediately contacted BISELL they sent me a label I sent the DryVac machine to them, and they fixed it, cleaned, and replaced a few parts, which was AWESOME. I got it back within a week and it's back to working as if it were brand new.

    My previous crosswave died so I got this as a replacement and I absolutely love it. The steam helps get the hardest messes off my floors and it doesn’t streak as much as my previous crosswave did.

    Best floor cleaner you can buy.. hands down! Would never buy a battery operated floor cleaner. You can't get steam from battery operated units!
