    My previous crosswave died so I got this as a replacement and I absolutely love it. The steam helps get the hardest messes off my floors and it doesn’t streak as much as my previous crosswave did.

    Love the Bissell Cross Wave. It’s excellent for cleaning tile floors. It’s so easy to use even my husband uses it. It self cleans and stores easily.

    I use my BISSELL steam machine a lot, it's awesome and gets the job done. I did have an issue where it was clogged, I immediately contacted BISELL they sent me a label I sent the DryVac machine to them, and they fixed it, cleaned, and replaced a few parts, which was AWESOME. I got it back within a week and it's back to working as if it were brand new.

    Have dogs and out back yard turns into a mud pit during the winter so this makes cleaning up the mud trail alot easier.

    Works great! Cleaned our wood a tile floors. The dirty water bin told us how clean it was makkng our floors. This after we had just clean them with our old steam mop.
