After sweeping and mopping, this vacuum still collects dirt, hair, and all other particles. The steaming feature is by far the best feature. Definitely worth the price.

I did have an issue where it was clogged, I immediately contacted BISELL they sent me a label I sent the DryVac machine to them, and they fixed it, cleaned, and replaced a few parts, which was AWESOME. I got it back within a week and it's back to working as if it were brand new.
