I have one dog, a German Shepherd. Her longer hair clogs this vacuum CONSTANTLY. I've tried to work with this vacuum for 6 months. I had to stop yesterday & take the vacuum apart 9 times yesterday to de-clog; there are three different areas, messy & difficult, where this occurs. VERY poor design!! Out the door it goes!!

This vacuum cost more than it is worth. A chep one would have probably worked better. I used all the attachments and still was picking up hair. The pet eraser is a joke. Was trying to vacuum couch and nothing picked up. Scoots hair everywhere has horrible suction. Don’t waste time and effort or the money on this.

I dont what the problem is but i have gone through at least 5 vacuums in only one year. I have kids so they get used quite a bit. This vacuum clogs all the time. And finally also broke. I decided to buy this product based on the reviews. But i am now disappointed. 6 Vacuums Down and counting.

I spend more time unclogging the vacuum than I do cleaning my house. Do NOT waste your money on this product. When using the attachments, I need to use a paper towel to close the tube where the hose comes out of otherwise dirt just flies out of the vacuum and into the room.

if you have thick carpeting and even one pet do not buy this vacuum. i went over and over the same spots with no results. i brought it home today and it's going back tomorrow.
