Battery needs improvement

Delivery service stated package was delivered however package was never delivered to me. Bestbuy told me it was nothing they could do.

Worked for about a month

Now it turns on for about 1 second and then turns off. Best Buy has a ridiculous 15 day return policy. If you decide to take a chance with this vacuum, make sure you buy it somewhere else that has a more reasonable 90 day return policy.

The first time I used it didnt have the power to pick up random crumbs let alone pet hair. I thought it was because it wasnt fully charged. Even after a full charge it wasnt a good vacuum for anything.

The battery died on me quickly and you cant take it back to store or send it back. They wanted me to take it to some other shop to drop off and have them fix it. No clue where the heck this shop was.

Defective Out of The Box

Stopped working after 2 weeks
