Purchased this one after a dismal fail on the last brand that had no suction. This one is much better, and the power head for removing pet hair is great. Plenty of suction, and the battery lasts plenty long for small jobs. Its not made to vacuum the entire house, but for things like stairs, furniture or quick pick ups it is perfect.

We bought this vacuum for my wife's father who has a dog. This vacuum is surprisingly powerful for a hand held vacuum. It picks up everything on all kinds of surfaces, sofa, berber carpet, wood floors, etc. The brush action works great. Pretty good hand held vacuum. Haven't had it long enough to evaluate the run time, but lithium batteries are usually pretty good and Bissell products are usually pretty good. It is a little larger than other hand held, but more than makes up for it with power and the brush.

Does the job of quickly picking up minor dirt, crumbs, etc. Good suction. Light, easy to handle with nice attachments.

Another satisfying purchase! I purchased this for my vehicle. Works GREAT! The charge does last a while. Never paid attention to how long a full charge will last. I can clean my entire vehicle and another at once with no problem. Ive had this a short time and only charged it once. Again didnt pay attention how long a charge takes. A variety of simple attachments to take care of the hard to reach spaces.

Amazing, handy, durable one of the best hand vacuums, I tried couple of ones before and they were not even close to that one.

The Hair Eraser is a very handy vacuum. The power seems good. It does a very good job on the stairs and dog bed. It's good for spot jobs. With the 20-minute or so battery life it does take a little planning of my cleaning tasks.

I love my little hand held vacuum. I use it on a full flight of carpeted stairs in my house and have never had an issue with the battery not lasting long enough. In fact, it has not died out on me one single time. It's super handy for quick car clean ups and cleaning up kitchen and bathroom drawers. It's always plugged in a ready for use.

It does what it says it does. Good suction for its size easy to clean. Like it so far.

Not bad tool to have in your office or home. It was mainly to quickly remove unwanted pet hair in my car and home office. The portability is great and power usage is okay for only short clean ups. Longer usage would be great but the battery life is decent at the moment. Overall body is a bit bulky but you pay what you get.

A convenient and portable solution for when you don't want to lug a full sized upright around. The trade off is in power but the attachments make up for it. The one downside is that the few attachments it comes with don't have a "home" on the main unit. A charging stand that also holds the unit would be beneficial as well. Decent power and very versatile though. Not JUST for pets, it works great at everything!

I'm really glad I picked up this Bissell vacuum. Its helped pick up pet hair around my home very, very well. Takes a while to charge, but its worth it. Comes with 3 attachments. I appreciate its design that allows me to detach the body from the handle to empty the debris from the vacuum. Great price point too.

This thing is amazing !! Decent battery life, but great suction and portability

I had a Shark hand held vacuum and it did not last maybe 10 hours. I just bought this Bissell and it beats the old Shark in many ways; extra attachments and the power. I use it to sweep my basement steps and it did and awesome job. Use to to clean up my desk top; my rug in my office. I love it.
