Lightweight but still sturdy in the hands. Doesn't feel (or clean like a toy) Really impressed with the quality of our floors after use. Not wasting ca$h on pads is a HUGE plus

This is very easy to use. Our apartment has vinyl flooring and this helps me get the floors extra clean and looking new. We have two puppies and this keeps the house smelling fresh!

This thing is AMAZING. It has a really long cord on it so you don't have to keep unplugging and plugging it back in. It steams really well and gets up so much dirt! 5*!!!

This product is truly amazing!! It’s so easy to use and cleans really good. Having had back surgery and mopping not being as easy as before, this steam mop is lifesaver. Highly recommend to everyone.

This is not a miracle machine. But, it is pretty easy to use, lightweight and easier than mopping. I wish the cord was longer, but the water tank last's a good amount before needing a refill and the pads are easy to put on/take off.

Great steamer. Lightweight and easy to store. I use it for weekly cleaning of all my hardwood and ceramic tile. It does a good job on the grout also. Would recommend this product. Very easy to clean also. Pads go from steamer to washing machine.

Works very well! Found a bundle of the pads on amazon for cheap and they work really well on this. You can also find the carpet slider on amazon and steam carpets as well!

This mop is very easy to operate and seems to do a very good job cleaning my tile floors. The cord is very long, thereby adding to the functionality of the mop. I have been using the mop for several months, and it has not given me any problems.

I've had my Bissell PowerFresh Deluxe steam mop for over 2 years and I still love it! In fact, I just purchased this one for my sister to use on her sealed hardwood. We have porcelain tile throughout most of our house. Before discovering this steam mop, I spent HOURS cleaning, rinsing, and drying my floors. Not anymore! The steam mop cleans without detergent or chemicals, so no need to rinse, and the floors air dry very quickly. They are actually much cleaner than before - and streak-free. After two years, my PowerFresh Deluxe works like new. If it ever stops working, I will buy another one immediately.

This is the third steam mop that I have purchased. However, it's a Bissel. The other two were a different manufacturer. It cleans miraculously! I mainly use the scrub pad and it does a fabulous job of cleaning the tile as well as the grout. I am over the moon! Just ordered an extra pad and two more scrub pads. They come clean in the washer. I hang them to dry. The design of this appliance is far better than my previous two which were more expensive. Love it! Recommend it!

I washed my floors with pine sol cleaner a few days before this steam mop arrived. I’m an empty nester with no pets or children. When it arrived, it was easy to put together ... snap the water reservoir into the mop base, screw the handle in (one Phillips screw) and it’s ready to go. So, I decided to give it a trial on my supposedly “clean” floors. Dear God ... when I was finished, the MOP CLOTH WAS BLACK WITH GRIME! It’s recommended that you use distilled water to prevent calcification. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STEAM MOP ... if you really want clean floors and not have to use detergent. My Sister ordered hers after I waxed prophetically about it.

Very good mop! Firm and high quality material. Very handy, easy to use. Powerful steamer, cleaned tile floors easy and smooth. Took of some glue which I could not clean off for a long time. Highly recommended!

Love this!!! I have always bought and used Bissell products. So I thought I would give it a try . It cleans and steams great! It’s very easy to use I cant say enough good about it!

AHHHHHH MMMMAAAZZIIINNG. Can you hear me screaming it out? Let me tell you, A family of 5 with a dog, isn't the easiest. For some odd reason my feet is the only one that picks up all the dirt at the end of the day. This steamer is definitely the best investment. I use a swifter first and then use the bissell as a follow up and man you can still see how much the bissell cleans after the swifter wipes! My floors are amazing, they are clean and it smells good! I'm telling you, this is the best. I'm not a fan of multipurpose vacuum/mop.
