This carpet cleaner is easy to assemble and use. The different settings are great for either an initial deep clean or a quick cleanup. I did not find it to be bulky or heavy and it was easy to use.

Works great even with some hair reminding from my three dogs. (2 gsd and one collie). Only complaint is i had to refill it VERY frequently

Very happy with this purchase, we have a 2 year old and 2 older dogs and they make a mess. This isn't as good as a pro service but definitely helps with the dog smell and decent stains. Very happy with this so far. Only down side is we had to dump it a bunch of times but that is to be expected i guess

We have two large dogs and a medium pup. I use our steam cleaner twice a month for general cleaning of all carpets and for any accidents, canine or human. It is light and easy to maneuver.

My son have bring a cat to my new house and the cat leave a lot cat hair every where and stain from not use the cat badroom and I but my carpet shampoo cleaning and was the bess I recomendet to pet stain remove and leve the room smell clean and fresh smell

This is the best carpet cleaner machine. Easy to use. Provides deep clean to any carpet. We have 4 kids and food spills on the carpets are pretty common. This machine keep my carpets looking like new day after day.

This is the best cleaner I have ever used!!! Dirty carpet? No problem! Stinky spots it takes care of that too! Money well spent!

Cleans the carpet really well and the suction works good. The carpet dries in a couple hours. Only con is use have to constantly clean out the brush during use for optimal performance.

I was initially hesitant but so far it’s been great and easy to use. You will have refill often depending on the size of the room and how dirty the floor is.

Bissell was strong enough to remove stains on carpet that other machines weren't able to remove. Quite silent, strong suction power.

It is a great carpet cleaner...I have used other brands that have not lasted...I am hoping that this one last too. I loved the green machine when it was canaster type so hoping this last same amount of time.

We have 3 dogs so carpet maintenance is pretty much a 24/7/365 necessity. This cleaner did an excellent job of picking up dirt and stains and revitalizing the heavy traffic areas.

Double brunch action and excellent water extraction cleans very well with less drying time. Easy to maneuver and easy to clean after use. Have used twice already and is a well made and sturdy.

It does the job but i wish they give you more cleaner. Come with a one time use samplev they may or may not cover the full room.

This cleaner works great, way better than the one i rented from a chain store a couple years ago. My carpets look so much better. Tried to upload some pics but they keep failing.

For a medium size lighter weight carpet cleaner it does a fantastic job. I have had larger ones but this one does better than even they do. I absolutely love it
