    The price here was so much better than going directly through Bitdefender. I am adding it to an existing Internet Security subscription. Bitdefender sort of treats it differently than if I'd simply renewed. I had to turn off Auto Renew and extended my subscription with the Best Buy product. The new expiration date shows correctly online at Bitdefender Central. It was $25-$60 less expensive than direct Bitdefender offers for the same product.

    I am always happy with Bitdefender. However, this year, I had trouble with my access code. I called Best Buy text support, and within minutes, Bitdefender was installed. I was very pleased with their text support.

    I have been using this for years, and it has always kept me safe. Friendly interface and multiple options. I do wish that the updates would perform during a normal reboot rather than using the software's reboot option.

    This software is reliable and seems to intercept phishing and sketchy links. I have not had a virus on my machine since becoming a customer in several years. The only beef I have is that you must manually unsubscribe their annual automatic subscription.

    Got a good deal and not doesthe job. The amount of pop us this thing has and its self promotions are super annoying though. Without those I would easily add another star or two. If you turn notifications off, it will still pop up. During recordings and gaming this is a no go.
