Beware something wrong in the neighborhood.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just received my STAINLESS STEEL toaster oven and only the front is stainless steel. It is the correct Model number. The sides and top of my toaster oven are painted black metal. This is not what is shown in the pictures at the Best Buy site. I went to the manufacturer’s web site and they show an all stainless steel toaster oven. The other problem with my toaster oven is the size: the Best Buy site states 17.62” Wide x 11.3” High by 13.39” Deep and the toaster oven I received is 15.5” Wide x 10” High by 11” deep. I wanted to email Best Buy and tell them and ask then for a discount but I cannot find a way to contact them by email. They want me to drive to them to correct their error. I will only do that if the toaster oven doesn’t perform to the stated specifications.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased several BK products including drill, weed wacker etc. in the past and never had issues. However, this toaster oven started acting up after a year and half. I tried to use it, but it would fail during the use. So, I finally called BK and they said my unit was out of warranty being over 1 year old. My previous toaster oven which is over twenty-four years old sill working but I wanted to upgrade to a 6-slice toaster which was a mistake. So, based on BD respond to my claim, I stopped using BK products and getting rid of my BK tools. Please be careful using BK brand. It is not the same as it used to be. They are not reliable at all anymore.
