Best coffee maker I have ever used. Much better than the Keurig which I previously owned. Lots of options such as ability to control coffee brew strength, makes individual cups, also comes with a good size insulated travel mug you can brew directly into. Fits K-cup and also comes with single brew mini filter basket. Dispenses a very hot cup of coffee. It also includes a 12 cup carafe for making full pots of coffee.

Really like the ability to brew a 20 oz to go cup or brew an entire pot. Coffee is good and warm. Like the product.

This coffeemaker makes both 12 cups or single serving. It keeps my coffee very hot and the taste is great. After using a different brand for a couple years, I decided to try this and I am totally please. Easy to use and clean too.

We have not had a coffee maker with a burner for quite some time as we have used a carafe for fear of having the burner on too long. We are adjusting to this product. The water tank is a bit balky especially if full. Obviously, it is easier to use the pot to fill the tank. The single serving option is nice but it takes some time to know how much water to use. Instructions are not very clear which is sad because there are only a few buttons to use. overall we like it as the coffee is fresh and hot. I know it will get better once we become more familiar with it. It is an improvement over our last coffee maker.

Brews a standard 12-cup pot very nicely and in normal time. Temperature seems right and the strength is very predictable. I haven't seen a noticeable difference using the robust setting. The single-serve side is great and very convenient. I have a Keurig that I stopped using years ago because the pods are expensive and I usually prefer a full pot. This machine enables me to use K-cups when I want a quick cup or brew a full pot. It brews just like a keurig and even comes with a pod for using ground coffee on the single-serve side. Exactly what I was looking for. No plastic taste either... I ran about 6 full pots of straight water and about a dozen on the single-serve side.

Like my Black & Decker coffee pot, but feel the cup selection isn't consistent. It provides the option to choose cup size from 6oz to 20oz. I will use the same size cup and select oz and sometimes it will fill the cup and others it won't. I do like the option to brew a cup or whole pot of coffee. Always very hot and can use any brand of k cups; not just name brand. Filling the water canister is easy to do and so far no problems with this product! I previously had another brand coffee pot (Hamilton Beach) that had similar functions;but broke twice and replaced once and second time went with a new style and brand.

Easy to use. Easy to clean. Brews hot, strong coffee. Single serve feature is great with either k-cups or regarding coffee grounds.

Great coffee maker. Ideal for morning pot and single cup in the evening. Would rate this 5 star plus if it came with timer and a much larger water storage. You can select different size single serve wish you could do same for pot. Definentley recommend

I was looking for a coffee maker that would do it all. I needed a pot, K-cups, and also wanted the option to brew just a cup with hand ground beans. THIS IS IT! I followed the suggestion to thoroughly clean and run water through both systems. I never experienced the "plastic flavor" many people commented on in reviews I read. I love the option to grind my own coffee and select a cup of any size (6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20) using a reusable filter that fits right in the K-cup reservoir. I can adjust the platform the cup sits on to make sure there is very little room for the coffee to splash as it falls into whichever size cup I am using. The is a large amount of bean silt that ends up on the bottom of the cup. I may experiment with not grinding the beans so much to see if that helps but make sure it doesn't effect the flavor. The only other thing that would make it better would be a reusable filter for the coffee pot.

I've had this coffee maker for about 3 months, and I'm very happy with it. I don't recall off hand what Black and Decker recommended in the manual regarding cleaning the unit after purchase, but double it. I followed their advise and still had poor tasting coffee for a pot or two. I like how convenient it is to add water to the reservoir and that the reservoir has measurement markings that are easily seen. The k-cups work well, and if I use the carafe, it will have 8 cups ready by the time I have my breakfast made. To date, I have no complaints with the product.

Got it for my parents for Christmas. Have tried other dual makers and have had nothing but problems such as a plastic taste and broken water reservoirs. So far they've had an excellent experience with this one and absolutely love it!!

I like this coffee maker because it's conveinent to have the option for an entire pot of coffee or just one cup.

This is a great coffee maker to meet the needs of a quick one cup or to make several cups to share

I had this coffee maker given to me as a Christmas present by my children. At first I wasn't sure I would like it. After about the third time I loved it.

If you are looking for a good quality coffee maker, you find it here, It does the job great. Price is better than many of the other over expensive ones. If you drink lots of coffee this one is for you

This coffee maker fit all of our needs... great because it has a built in "adequate" water reservoir, will brew individual cups (by using k-cups), and also brews by the pot (with ground coffee)... there are other systems out there that do the same thing, but for a lot more money. This is a great value for the price... looks good / works good

Works well, had it for a couple months now and no complaints. Good tasting coffee, I like that u can adjust the strength and use k cups or your own coffee. This thing pretty much does it all.
