    First season showed a lot of promise. Plenty of potential villains. Second season seemed to lose a little direction and ended with a fizzle. Edgy and real though with a lot of dialogue and storylines you might not see on other networks.

    A good show with engaging performances by Marvin 'Krondon' Jones III as the villain Tobias Whale and Cress Williams as the hero Jefferson Pierce/Black Lightning. Their performances alone make the show worth watching.

    I'm glad this finally came out on blu-ray. I'm not sure why it took so long to come out. A little sad no digital included though. I like this show a lot, lots of drama unfolding.

    show is fine ... lack of digital code reduces the value of the package ... ought to be under $20
