Overall did not hate this game. It had the atmosphere down pretty good. The character delved into insanity nicely and there were some creative elements that helped keep the game fresh. The graphics were decent but the framerate stutters at times due to the woods and how much is on screen. For a budget title not too shabby. My biggest complaint is I bought this for "X Box" and Best Buy labeled it as X box with the PS4 image and they sent me the PS$ copy. Since then Best Buy has updated the web site so no one else should be impacted. I didn't return it because I do have a PS5 that will play it but would much rather play the X Box version.

This game is a must have for any horror fan. The game takes place after the Blair witch incident in the woods with the original students shooting their documentary. The game starts off slow but it’s worth the patience and play! There are definitely a few points where jump scares will probably make you even more excited to continue with the story! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is open till a game in which your personal decisions determine the outcome of the character!

Pretty good game in the first person perspective. It is a bit of a short game but the horror aspect is there and it’s kind of creepy. But it gets an average score due to the length.

Starts off looking like a poorly made game but once it gets into the forest, it starts looking better. Not bad for a small budget team. Definitely worth playing for those hardcore horror fans.

This is going to be a divisive game in that there won't be a lot middle ground: you'll either appreciate it or hate it. It captures the frantic nature of the original film of being lost in the woods very well. There are quite a few game play types, but in the end it's really just a walking simulator with a few puzzles (none of them obtuse). If you love the film(s), you'll most likely walk away happy. If you don't, then you should look elsewhere for 6 hours of fun (yes it's rather short)

just as scary as the first movie. Maybe a bit more. And waaaaay better than the 2nd movie (anything is better than that)

It was bought as a gift for for a fan of horror games. She said it is a good game just the beginning is kind of slow.
