The app is among the best for camera systems. The ability to locally store video on a flash drive connected to the hub, is great for those not wanting to use cloud storage. Will purchase more in the future.

Disappointed and Still Feel Unsafe

The system takes photos of nothing even when it's disarmed. He has 4 cameras set up outside to monitor activity. Today as we left the property, we armed the cameras. We came back in about an hour, unloaded our car, brought things into the house. I turned around and left again and returned a couple of hours later. Parked in the back of the property, closed and locked the garage, walked to the back door, unlocked it, and came inside - NOT ONE CAMERA CAUGHT ANY VIDEO OF OUR COMINGS AND GOINGS. We'd never be able to catch anyone if they chose to break in because the cameras seem to be activated my air and not activated by any human movement. My father is very disappointed with this system and has had Geek Squad come out multiple times to help him and he still does not feel secure.

The motion doesn’t always pick things up coming into my driveway, or if it does only at the tail end. No constant video monitoring due to battery and storage, but the live monitor works well.
