    Not sure what is causing the delay for live feed. Half of the time it won't even function. The short recorded clips are ok and will do. Playback is slow. It could be my phone but I just don't know. Considering returning the item.

    Didn’t work good for me very complicated long expensive subscriptions to Amazon and it wasn’t worth the price along with when you are ready subscribing for the service with Amazon so if you look at it you’re double paying for something that you already have and you have to pay monthly instead of a yearly subscription where it should be cheaper when you already have Amazon at that fast, so yeah not really happy with this product

    Constantly have to restart even though hub and wifi are very close. Recording to the thumb drive does not work easily.

    This kit was purchased to keep an eye on my elderly grandfather while I’m away at work. So far it has been great! Setup was simple, the picture quality is better than expected and I can talk and listen to him, perfect!

    These cameras are amazing we had the aril pros and they work for about a year and messed up so we had to get these and I’m going to tell you they are top of the line recommendations definitely but these if ur looking for a camera and security for you home
