After the free trial, if you don’t subscribe to their membership they will stop give you video recording even if it’s just couple of seconds. If I know this I would not purchase this camera or recommend it ever again.

My blink Cameras

It took me forever to figure out how to even get it to connect to wifi after downloading the app.I never figured out how to work the thing...and it is definitely not suited for a outdoor camera

Need to pay monthly

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You have to pay monthly just to see the videos it captures or else you can use a USB and manually open all the videos one by one that offers no immediate alerts. Customer service is a literal nightmare -50 stars for this they literally wouldn't send me a replacement module blamed it on my wifi and offered no help. Customer service makes or brakes a company they didn't even have a spanish helper we had to wait for the EU customer service so I had to call at like midnight literally dumb. And one of the sockets for the battery to sit the little plastic bit fell so the battery wouldn't sit and they tried to make the proccess last as long as possible almost 3 months for me to give up and not get my replacement camera.
