Hi MichaelM, thank you for providing feedback for Blink Mini. I am sorry that the device is not connecting to the router. If you haven't already, please try these troubleshooting steps.
Reboot your Internet router by unplugging it from the power source for about 30 seconds. If your Mini camera is in a system with a Sync Module, reboot the Sync Module: unplug and plug-in the power cable. Connect only to the 2.4 GHz band. Ensure both the Blink app and the device it's installed on have the latest updates. Uninstall the Blink app, powering off the device it's installed on briefly before reinstalling.

I never got the package as my mail was stolen Best Buy didn't care about me and never gave me a refund. They could have at least given me a code for best. Buy credit to my email I won't. Be buying from Best buy ever again

Don't Like It! The Software Interface is not adequate, and no education either written or verbal is offered. The option for Motion Detection will start the recording to begin, but at the end of the clip - there is not apparent way to continue to watch the action without interruption. The interface is also difficult to understand and enter the program settings options phase. Clarity is OK but there is no option to Zoom while watching clip - where are the instructions?

No Live Stream, disclosed in documentation but it exist in other cameras in this category. Motion sensor and alert could not wake Android 10 device. If motion has 15 secs before and after event I could not find it.

This purchase was a suggestion of an employee. At first is seemed to be a good purchase. But after a few days it stopped catching motion. Then I found out I had to have a monthly subscription. This may be a perfect product for someone, but it is not for me.

Does a good job, but they remove functionality if you don't purchase a subscription after a month

I had to return this because after a week of a simple install, it decided to go offline and not reconnect to my wifi. All of my other blink cameras are working fine though. Also, I noticed there was a constant red light that wouldn't go off, even if I tried to change the settings. Perhaps I got a bad one.
