Have had no issues with set up or use of this camera. Wireless and easy to use. You can't go wrong for the price. Compare it with the Arlo camera, for the money you can't beat the Blink. 2 year battery life is all i have to say.

This is my sixth blink camera. I've got four outside, covering the entire exterior perimeter and three inside, covering each entry door. The batteries seem to last forever. I get speedy notifications on my cellphone whenever one sees movement, as well as a video clip of the action. I can arm or disarm them from my cellphone, or with an Alexa device. The "fencing" feature lets me screen off areas of the camera's coverage that would otherwise trigger false alerts, like street traffic or tree limbs. Biggest plus: easy, wireless installation and connection to the home's wi-fi network.

Very easy to set up. No wires, works reliably on WIFI, records motion detected and has night vision. Plus, it came with a free Echo Dot. What more could you ask for? I would definitely buy again!

Camera takes a few steps to set up, but instructions lead you through it. One of mine had an issue, but. I was sent a replacement. Camera uses very little battery power for all the live video shots its been recording. To me, thats the most impressive part. A truly wireless/put anywhere camera. Be mindful, you cant put it tooo far from the receiver, or it wont connect and will show "off line". Has great video as well as live capacity. Havent had any problem with function, other than the one that is a bit far away. Will probably buy and add more.

I bought this because of the price and honestly it is awesome. Battery lasts a long time, easy to set up and the picture is very clear.

Really awesome and easy to setup and use. Very user friendly. Everyone in my house has access to the cameras and alerts, so it's peace of mind for all. Wife is super happy (there's the real review....). Checked Arlo...meh...it looks prettier, but this one has better options. Free cloud storage for one. That was a big seller for me. I expect the system to detect motion, have excellent sound, good night vision, etc., which this system has and more.

Extremely easy setup and installation. Picture quality is good in daylight; nighttime images aren't particularly clear though I can't judge the quality in comparison to other camera systems. The Activity Zone beta release allows you to limit motion detection to specific areas of view has reduced my false triggers for cars passing by, however at night car lights still seem to trigger the camera.

There where a lot of reviews that stated the cameras would not last long from battery to the image. Setup was also complained about. I absolutely no problems with the camera set up. I did experience a bad picture for about 3 minutes but when I realized that I pushed on the lens to close the back, that is what did it. Just a work of advice when closing the back. Use the edges only do not push in the center or round the lens. This will cause the dreaded bad image. As for the mounting it is very simple and easy. Mind you this is not a high end or medium surveillance camera system. The cost may warrant that but this is just a basic system. But don't let that discount the convenience of the setup or the mounting of the camera. If you buy the three camera set up there is no doubt you will want more.

Easy to install and setup. Good video quality but night vision is a bit dark. Still a good product though.

installed the Blink XT three camera outdoor system one month ago. The system has a lot of positive features but also lacks several things that would make it a great system. In the pro’s column I have the following: The system is reasonably priced. It is easy to set up. It is easy to install. It is totally wireless to the cameras. It has a clear quality picture. You can take a real time snapshot. You can watch a real time video.

I’m really happy with my decision to buy blink cameras. Clear image day and night. Great sound capture. Batteries last long and easy setup.

First time owning personal wireless security cameras other than a smart doorbell and I was pleasantly surprised by the Blink camera system. The look of the camera is great, actually a big fan of the box look over the cylinder shaped cameras now. The camera just hides very well with its surroundings. Quality of picture/video and sounds is amazing. Very pleased and surprised with that. Easy to setup. Easy to use and adjust the settings on it to fit my needs. Very happy with this.

I started with this and now I've upgraded to a total of 4 cameras that are setup outside my home. I have not had any issues with my cameras aside from having to replace the batteries about every month to two months due to the high traffic areas that I have these located in. Video quality is good but it can always be better. All in all these cameras are still a good alternative to wired installs and the unnecessary need of wires being all over the place.

I've been experimenting with different types of cameras around my house for a while now, but this was the first time I was getting one without need to be plugged in. I love it! No need to pull wires, drill holes, scratch your head about where to get power from... Since I installed it, I did not have to change the batteries yet. For a low passage area (like my back door), this makes a lot of sense, as it's set to record a few seconds only when it detects movement.

If you don't care about Night Vision it's pretty good. Was fairly easy to setup the video in daylight was fine, but after dusk it was nonexistent! The Photo is a still taken on my porch. It maybe better in the city.

I had no problems setting up. Easy to use with very clear pictures I have 2 cameras that are synced.

Great delivery from Bestbuy. These small portable outdoor cameras produce excellent daytime video and have a very wide picture angle but the night video with the IR illumination is very poor, it is quite blurry and would be a problem to identify anyone it picks up at night. I’ve worked with tech support to perform trouble shooting with no result yet. I’m told by tech support they are working on improvements and the beta update currently but nothing’s changed in the three weeks I’ve had them. I hope they indeed are working on improvements for better night vision clearity. As I said daytime video is quite clear and sharp. Battery life is yet to be determined. There are some better, and a few more expensive other choices and it depends what your needs are. I have other PTZ cams that perform very well in both day or night that were less but they require a power source and are not weatherproof although that is easily modified if your innovative. I will update when and if improvements are made by the blink techs.

These have very clear picture quality, good motion detection and great audio. Definitely worth the price.
