Bought this phone for my daughter after her Galaxy S4 crapped out. She loves this phone better than her Galaxy. It's affordable and comes with a case.

The Best Buy crew was very good helping me but the product instructional book is horrible. It skips basic procedures and its print is much too small.

This phone is easy to set up and use. The screen is really big which makes it easy to read emails and other documents. I love this phone.

I like the Blu studio x plus phone. Its a semi high quality phone at a affordable price. Plus I like the interface and the features Blu studiox plus has for a unlock phone.

I bought this phone for my grandma. It works great. It has dual simcard as described and quite responsive too.

This is my first BLU phone. I love it. It doesn't come preprogrammed with a bunch of bloatware. It was recently upgraded to Android lollipop by the manufacturer from kit Kat. Now it allows apps to be stored on the SD card to free up the phone internal memory. This is the best phone I have owned so far

This Blue phone has a 5.5" touch screen which makes searching, texting a blast. It is a GSM unlock phone which is what we needed so when we travel overseas we can supposedly still use the phone. The Dual SIM Card is a great feature if another SIM card is needed overseas. Color is good, Std 8 GB memory is great. This phone has the older version of Android Operating system - Kit kat which we prefer as it has less issues than Lollipop. Was able to buy all the accessories reasonably priced from Amazon - ArmorFlex hard case backing to protect phone, AIScell EX Large Prem Canvas Nylon Heavy Duty carrying case, Supershieldz tempered glass screen protector.. Takes a while (hrs) to charge the battery when it is low. The only thing missing is there is no WIFI calling feature which is necessary if you can't get phone signal at home due to cell tower blockages (hills...) Overall very pleased with this phone if you just need a smartphone to make calls, search web, text.. without having to pay an arm and leg for cost of a phone or be tied down to a contract. Went with Tmobile Simple Choice plan - Unlimited everything with 4G $50/mo. Go BLU!!!

I have to say this is a basic phone. But worth the money. If all you need is a phone that works and has a big screen, it's worth buying.

You get what you paid for, camera is good, map works fine, haven't faced any issues with the gps. Overall, a good purchase.

Love the hotspot option. Phone is somewhat slow but nice screen and decent options. Camera is subpar.

I purchased 2 Blu studio x plus, one for me and one for my wife. My wife's phone worked great for 3 weeks and her phone started to have charging problems. Plug it in to charge 5 minutes later its 100% full. She unplugged it. 20 minutes later went down to 5%. My started to go on and off by itself few times a day. I purchased 2 and both have problems. Went back to best buy and get a refunded on both phone and got ourselves other phone that's unlocked. Love the size of the screen 5.5 inches. Runs great if not for the problems we experience. I even did a factory reset on both phones! Not once but few times and tried it for few more days. No luck.

I purchased my 1st phone and paid $99.00 the phone was lost 20days later. I went back to the store and purchased 2nd phone they charged $149.00 for the same phone. My daughter went on the internet 3 days later and paid $99.00 for the same phone So, I went back to the store and expressed my displeasure with the overcharge they refused to issue me a credit for the difference. So please explain to me why?

Purchase this phone for a friend as a gift. She love it, works well. Camera great.
