The usb connection makes recording very easy. It works and records great sound from both my laptop and my phone. Came fully assembled out of the box with no damage

During the pandemic CJAM 99.1 FM had to close so we could no longer broadcast live. Using the Blue Yeti and Audacity software I was able to create a fantastic sounding program from home for broadcast in my normal time slot. You will need to buy a pop filter for the Blue Yeti for better results. Mr. T, host of Positive Amplitude, Sundays from 6-8 PM EST on CJAM

Works wonderfully with PC and IPhone w/ adapter. I did purchase one of these and it simply didn’t work but I returned it in the store, got a new one at no additional cost and this one works great in every way. I use it to record videos, and I use it as my microphone for gaming.

Been using this over a year, this is my 2nd Blue Yeti and I am just as satisfied with this one as I am the previous. The previous is still in use by the way,... just on a different computer. So I got this to use on my Mac computer to improve audio quality during work calls, and I feel it does a good job at that. I use it on the table, not on an arm, and it still does just fine.

Best mic i’ve ever used since day one. had one back in 2013 and it lasted all the way to two weeks ago in 2026.

This microphone covers a variety of needs very well. I use it to record podcasts with multiple people and tutorials with just me. I have not used it to record music but I am blown away with what I have experienced already and would recommend this to anyone looking to take their podcasts and tutorials to the next level in quality.

[Employee of bestbuy] I absolutely love this mic! It’s extremely good quality, the mic is heavy and looks good. The only thing i’d recommend is that you make the cord MATCH the mic. I purchased a white mic and I think for an aesthetic reason, a white cord would blend in much nicer ◡̈ but overall the mic is amazing and I’d recommend for anyone using for any reason

I use the Blue Yeti for my YouTube gaming channel. The USB input makes setup easy and functional. The sound quality is amazing especially if calibrated to the exact specs you'd like it by adjusting the Gain dial. No software is necessary, so it is an all encompassing mic. I have used it by myself, with a friend, and a room full of people without any issues. My only complaint is that the mic setting dial was very stiff, but that is negligible to the superior performance for the price. So, if you want a great quality mic for your gaming console or laptop, go Blue Yeti.

I'm using the microphone to record audiobooks of novels I have written. It was highly recommended by a Best Buy associate. She was absolutely right. The sound quality is excellent.

Clean and clear sound for being in this price range. I love the options on it to change how it records, with a gain knob. For general use,it’s good but I used it with OBS and Adobe Audition and got some great audio. Plug it to a USB port and you are ready to go

My daily driver! I’ve always loved this mic. I’ve had 3. You can filter the audio with softwares and customize it quite a bit. Very good starter for gaming streaming and podcasting
