This is my first Joe Bonamassa album and I will be buying more! Great blues/rock with superb guitar, solid vocals and powerful songs. If you like Stevie Ray, Buddy Guy, BB King you will probably like this.

Great collection of tunes that really displays Joe's maturity. He does it all and excels at on this all original. This is now one of my favorite discs of his. Buy with confidence and anticipation!

Have been listening to Joe since he was 13 years old. He continues to put out solid records. I really like that he chosen to put out all original material on his last 2 efforts. Keep it coming

If a Bonamassa fan this is great, if a blues fan this is wonderful, if just exploring I think a great springboard. You will find yourself listening through and then starting it over again.

Joe Bonamassa gets it done on this new album! Great songs and killer guitar riffs. Some nice use of effects. I really love Joe Bonamassa's knack for dialing in great sounds and tones!

JB has released a stellar record! I wasn't sure that he could get any better but he has shown the world with Blues of Desperation that he is still the best and very deserving of the praise. The song Drive is nothing short of a masterpiece and the hard hitting Mountain Climbing is phenomenal!

After Joe's last CD, I was hoping he would get back to some good ol' blues. He did it, mixed with some great rock and cool sounds. This is a must have for Bonamassa fans.

Joe Bonamassa's new release "Blues of Desperation" is fantastic! No one has a blues voice or guitar like Joe today! You will not be disappointed in this new album!

Joe certainly is prolific. But he does need to cut back on live stuff, like this latest studio effort. always a bit hit or miss, it's when he hits that makes the listening experience so nice, and he hits more than misses here. not perfect, but very nice.

I recently purchased a music CD from Best Buy. I knew the exact CD I wanted and found it quickly from their alphabetized section. The cashier was pleasant and I did not have to wait long. I was happy with the service and product I bought.

I have been a fan of Joe Bonamassa from the moment I first listened to him. This CD is just another excellent example of his great guitar playing.

Big fan of the blues and of Joe Bonamasa. With each CD Joe seems to be a tad better. Must be maturing as the selections hit the nail on the head.

The only thing that could be better is a good picture of the 1964 Gibson Firebird cause I have a 1965 non reverse and like those guitars a lot.

If you love Blues, you'll love this CD. My husband loves Joe Bonamassa, and I find I do as well.

Joe Bonamassa brings out his best vocals in this album. He continues with his great guitar riffs and solos. A great album to enjoy.

What can I say? I'm a huge Joe B fan. But this is the best one so far. Plus I love the back up singers! You can't go wrong!

Been a fan for many years. Each release gets better and better. Blues rock is back. Producer Kevin Shirley brings out the best.
